The Lamb with Two Horns

A few  years ago, I wrote, but did not post, an article as a kind of thought experiment. This came as a result of reading  Frere Michel’s Vol. III, and considering it in the context of Father Malachi Martin’s writings about the Vatican. I admit, it was with no small trepidation that I applied it to  our present papacy.  It is clear that Frere Michel never intended to implicate any living person in this role and should not be blamed for my words below.  After I read Magnum Principium, the destructive Motu Proprio of Pope Francis, I updated the discarded article and now post it.

Today, we follow up on an earlier post, The Dragon, the Beast from the Sea and the False Prophet, in which we described that satanic trinity,

“Satan always ever mocks God, and has his own diabolic mockery of the most Holy Trinity, that is, the Dragon as the Father, the Beast from the Sea as the Son and the Second Beast, the Beast from the earth, as the Holy Ghost. Thus, all the diabolical trinity are actually one, as are all the Holy Trinity.”

Further, we explained that these diabolic three are connected to the three portions of the great Secret of Fatima. Now, Frère Michel  believed that the Second Beast, the False Prophet, was the modernist heresy “issuing from the Church herself, hypocritically claiming to be based on the teaching of Christ, while in fact it is inspired by Satan, and completely at his service.”

In Frère Michel’s writing, he went as far as he could at that time, (1985)  identifying the First Beast as the worldly powers that always wage war against the Kingdom of God, and the Second Beast,  the False Prophet as the modernist heresy which arose within the Church to attack her in her very heart.

Now, these two movements, that of the Prince of this World and that of the Revolutionaries within the Church,  have coalesced to the point where their leaders are arising. We cannot clearly see the particular figure of the First Beast, that is the Man of Sin, the Lord of the World. I believe he is among us, that is, he is alive at the present time, but has not reached fulness of his power. It is also possible that the Second Beast who personifies deception of the true faith, is alive as well.

In this diabolical trinity, which mimics the life of Christ, the False Prophet will mimic John the Baptist, the Precursor, who prepared the way, preaching penance and baptizing. As John pointed to Jesus,  the False Prophet will lead those in his charge to worship the Lord of the World. Instead of preaching penance, and baptizing, that is,  bringing to the faith, the False Prophet will  encourage sin and will denigrate followers of Christ. John the Baptist died at the hands of the worldly ruler Herod,  because he publicly  condemned Herod’s adultery and called him to repent;  in contrast, Pope Francis approves  of allowing public adulterers to receive the Body and Blood of Christ without repenting their sins.   Although John the Baptist was martyred for the Faith, Pope Francis has foretold that he may be the Bishop in White of the Fatima prophecy. If so,  instead of being a martyr like St. John the Baptist,  Francis may be the victim of the forces he himself has set loose and welcomed into his new  ecumenical church, in other words a martyr not of Christ but of the Adversary.

In the correct hierarchy, the kingdoms of this world serve the Son of God. But for now, Satan has established his kingdom in this world, intending to rule over all mankind.  We know that the gates of satan’s  kingdom cannot withstand Christ the King, Who is even now expanding His kingdom on this earth, even though it appears to our worldly, sinful eyes that Christ’s Kingdom, the Church, is being vanquished. Remember, Christ won the battle for our salvation by appearing to lose it, that is by dying. Even as His closest friends, His beloved Apostles, mourned His death, He arose victorious.

We understand the oft-quoted phrase, “The gates of hell shall not prevail” best when we see that Christ in His Church today, is aggressively waging war against the Kingdom of Satan in the world. He will prevail against the gates of hell, destroying the Kingdom of Satan on earth. Satan’s gates will not prevail, but he and his “kingdom” will be cast from the earth. Christ the King is not a passive victim, He is actively, aggressively fighting Satan, even as you read these words.  To understand this concept requires prayer, it takes patience.

Think now, Satan’s Kingdom is an earthly Utopia, that is to say, it is a sham, a fake, a fraud. All faithful Catholics understand that there can be no earthly Utopia, for it is a deception of the Devil. However, despite all the warnings of our good popes in the past, the dark forces behind Freemasonry have grown stronger and stronger, promoting Utopia, using the “enlightened” weapons of science, technology and promoting the biggest lies, that is, evolution and “progress”. In fact, we have “progressed” so far that women publicly celebrate their abortions. as prophesied by the Son of God, “The days shall come, wherein they shall say, ‘Blest are the barren, and the wombs that have not borne.’ ”  For more insight into the role of Utopia in these latter times, I found Solange Hertz’s book “Utopia Nowhere” very useful.

The current Pope  was placed in office by a group of heretical churchmen using the powers of him whom they serve and he promotes the Lord of the World’s Utopia tirelessly; he is the precursor of one who is greater than he, and when his task is done, he will be dispensed with.  With enough grace, perhaps even he can repent.

Sacred Scriptures describes how the Holy Ghost, Third Person of the most Holy Trinity, works to bring about the reign of Christ, and so we see that the False Prophet as third person of the diabolic trinity, works to bring about the Utopia of the Kingdom of the Lord of the World.

The work proper to this False Prophet, the diabolical caricature of the Holy Ghost, is in effect to place himself in the service of the first Beast, that is, at the service of the anti-christian political power, in the reverse  image of the Holy Ghost, whose work is to bring about the reign of Christ. Through his deceitful words and  prodigies the False Prophet leads men into the service of the First Beast, by way of his new Ecumenical Church of Man.

In Christendom, the aim of political power is to serve the Kingdom of Christ on earth, but this diabolical  trinity reverses the right order, with the new religion leading men to serve the all powerful State.  And so the Church itself appears in this diabolical disorientation to serve one world government.  To this end, the False Prophet preaches a gospel of pantheism, of ecology worship,  of scientism and atheistic humanism.  This religion even has “heretics” which must be cast out in order to preserve the “integrity” of its new dogma. The new heretics of course, are none other than those who persist in holding to the perennial  truth, the unchanging doctrine of the faith.

At the risk of oversimplifying, I will simply state here that ever since Pope Pius XI, the Popes have responded to the message of Fatima not by humble obedience, but by setting aside their spiritual powers in order to pursue a worldly agenda in response to the warning of Our Lady of Fatima. Many who read this will object, “But Pope Pius XI was the Pope who consecrated the world to the Sacred heart of Jesus and who wrote that inspiring encyclicals ‘Divini Redemptoris‘ against atheistic communism, and ‘Quas Primas‘  on Christ the King.”  Yes, he was, but he also failed to obey the Mother of God and therefore, many of his well-intended actions actually aided the efforts of satanic freemasonry and the spread of atheistic marxism in Russia and throughout the world. For the background on this, the best source is The Whole Truth About Fatima, vol. III, which we have cited repeatedly in our articles.

Upon the death of St. Pius X, the succeeding pope, Benedict XV dismantled his anti-modernist network thus allowing them again to insinuate themselves into the hierarchy, where they have flourished ever since. Frere Michel tells us,

Christians in name, Marxists at heart, their religion is the utopia – equally deadly, whether it is a bloody or a pacifist one – of the Revolution which must always and everywhere be promoted, to the contempt of the happiness of peoples, the good of souls, and the liberty of Holy Church …. this scandalous betrayal of the sacred interests of Christendom, in favor of the impious, religion-persecuting Beast and its projects for world domination, has become the doing of the Church’s highest authorities. They have been blinded by the most chimerical projects, deceived by traitors who have infiltrated the Church even to its highest spheres. This treason has received a name: it is Ostpolitik. Its effects are known: the revolutionary ideology, the errors of Russia, denounced by Our Lady of Fatima, have penetrated into the Church without an obstacle; since then it has been the ministers of Christ, who as they preach the Revolution under whatever form it takes, contribute in the most effective manner to establishing the empire of the Beast everywhere, as it says in the Book of the Apocalypse…

WITH THE POWER OF THE LAMB

If the “False Prophet” has come forth from within Christendom, as a member of the Church, it is (only) to better betray the Church in favor of the Adversary. It is not, however, just any promoter of heresy. No, the Apostle (St. John)  indicates to us that it will act in the name of the Lamb, with the power of the Lamb. It is remarkable that Saint John is not content to repeat the image of a ravening wolf in sheep’s clothing. In the Apocalypse the expression is stronger: this  “other Beast coming up out of the earth had two horns like those of the Lamb, but it spoke like the Dragon”. . What does this mean, if not that the False Prophet will have all the appearances of speaking in the name of Christ, but in reality his language will be that of Satan? For the Dragon is Satan, without any doubt. And the Lamb, in Saint John’s Gospel as well as in the Apocalypse – and again two verses higher –, always designates Christ as the Priest and Victim of His redeeming sacrifice, and now the glorious Judge in Heaven. Moreover, in biblical language, the horns symbolize power.  In preceding verses, Saint John described the first Beast: it has “ten horns”,  exactly like the Dragon. (Apoc. 12: 3) This is undoubtedly to signify that it has received from it the plenitude of its evil power:  “The dragon gave him his power and his throne.” (Apoc. 13: 2) And there were  “on his horns, ten diadems”, perhaps to underline that political domination is in question, just as in the Book of Daniel.

The analogy sheds light on the description of the second Beast, which itself  “has two horns like those of the Lamb”.  In the vision of the fifth chapter, Saint John had indeed mentioned the “horns of the Lamb”:  “And I saw; and behold in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the ancients, a Lamb standing as it were slain, having seven horns and seven eyes: which are the seven Spirits of God, sent forth into all the earth.” (Apoc. 5: 6). In this spectacular vision of Christ the Redeemer, Who is simultaneously Victim, King and High Priest of the New Covenant, founder of the new priesthood,   The seven horns and the seven eyes signify the divine plenitude of His power as “Prince of the kings of the earth”, and eternal Priest,  Founder and Head of His Church, Who to spread it, has received the fullness of the sevenfold Spirit.

A few pages further, describing the False Prophet as the second Beast  “having two horns like those of the Lamb”, does Saint John not suggest that it will act in some way with the power of the true Lamb, “in the Name of Christ, in Nomine Domini”?  However, in this crime it does not act with the plenitude of the divine authority of Christ, symbolized by the seven horns of the vision of chapter five, seven being the figure of perfection. The Lamb in the service of the Beast has only two horns.

Under the evangelical appearances of humility and apostolic charity, disguised as an “Apostle of Christ”, as a “minister of justice”, as Saint Paul said, it will speak like the Dragon, to the contempt of Divine Truth, misleading the faithful by this supreme imposture.

Today, the tragic reality opens our eyes to the obvious meaning of the prophecy. To fill the Devil’s insatiable lust for power, not only bodies but souls must bend beneath his yoke  and serve and adore him. For this purpose, the First Beast, the political power, raises up the Second Beast, the False Prophet who becomes, under the guise of Vicar of Christ, the Vicar of deceit and even murder, serving all kinds of iniquity.  The one, holy and apostolic Church becomes the Church of divisive heresy, scandal and corruption, the slave of the Beast and the Dragon who control it as part of Satan’s Empire.

THE PRODIGIES OF THE FALSE PROPHET

To lead the faithful astray, the False Prophet of the Apocalypse will also work stunning prodigies. It will be like the false prophets mentioned by Deuteronomy, who to lead the children of Israel into apostasy,  performed astonishing prodigies. They were impostors who came from the people of God, but in reality they were “sons of Belial”. (Deut. 13: 1-19) The False Prophet will also act in the manner of the Impious one spoken of by Saint Paul, who through the power of Satan will accomplish “signs and lying wonders” (2 Thess. 2: 9). However, always stressing the character of the diabolical imitation of Christ’s true ministers, which defines the False Prophet, Saint John adds: “It will even make fire from Heaven fall to the earth, before everybody’s eyes.” (Apoc. 13: 13).

The False Prophet will be like Elijah, the prophet par excellence, who was capable, merely by his word, of making fire fall from Heaven to consume the messengers of King Ahaziah (2 Kings 1: 10-12). In the Apocalypse, it is “the Two Witnesses” who enjoy this privilege as ministers of God, who prophesy in His name and are vested with His power (Apoc 11: 5). We also recall an episode of the Gospel, where we see the Apostles James and John, the “Sons of Thunder”, who were badly received in a village of Samaria, suddenly ask Jesus:  “Lord, wilt Thou that we bid fire come down from Heaven and consume them?” (Lk. 9: 54-56). Saint John knew well that, like Elijah, the Apostles dispose of the power of judging in God’s name. But they can also misuse it:  “And Jesus rebuked them”, as Saint Luke reports.

The Apocalypse tells us that the False Prophet will also have this power. Must it be understood in the material sense, or only in the spiritual sense? What is certain is that outwardly  this false prophet will act as one exercising authority in the name of God and in His service, while in reality it will be completely in the service of the Beast. It will use fire from Heaven, which is the Word of God, the anathema, to disarm its enemies and conquer Christians. This is because:

The Lamb, that is, the False Prophet will then condemn what is holy and consecrate what comes from the Evil One.

To be concluded in Part II.
