The Seven Trumpets 2018

As we promised, we continue with our re-postings on the Message of Fatima in the light of Sacred Scripture and Catholic Prophecy. From June 2015:

Seven Trumpets

Prior to Fatima, Our Lady appeared at Quito, La Salette, Knock and (after Fatima) at Akita, all of which had a common thread of dire warning. Even though the apparition at Knock was silent, its prophetic relevance is clear from our perspective after 50 years of modernist “renewal”. Let’s start with Pope Paul’s Trumpets: In an interview with the Italian newspaper Avvenire, French writer Jean Guitton, a close friend of Pope Paul VI, recalled this interesting bit of history,

“It was the final session of the Council, the most essential in which the Pope was to bestow upon all humanity the teachings of the Council. He announced this to me with these words, ‘I am about to blow the Seven Trumpets of the Apocalypse.’ “ (Interview, 11 October, 1992, cited in the excellent book, Animus Delendi – I, by Atila Sinke Guimaraes).

Now, the source of this quote, Avvenire,  is the newspaper of the Italian Episcopal Conference, so it is fairly safe to assume the integrity of the information. Although Guitton seemed to think little of the remark, later mentioning that the Apocalypse speaks of the triumph of the Church, that is not exactly what is referred to in the passage cited by Pope Paul VI. The Angels and Trumpets are introduced in Chapter 8, “And I saw seven angels standing in the presence of God; and there were given to them seven trumpets.”  The Angels  and Trumpets and the events they usher in are  severe chastisements, foretelling in symbolic language widespread heresy, apostasy, violent wars and persecutions, and earthquakes.

Later, 29 June, 1972 on the occasion of the Ninth Anniversary of his election, Paul Paul lamented,

“We believed that after the [Second Vatican] Council would come a day of sunshine in the history of the Church. But instead there has come a day of clouds and storms, and of darkness …  “And how did this come about? We will confide to you the thought that maybe we ourselves admit in free discussion, that may be unfounded, and that is that there has been a power, an adversary power. Let us call him by his name: the Devil. … It is as if from some mysterious crack, no, it is not mysterious, from some crack the smoke of Satan has entered the Temple of God.”

Pope Paul’s quote comes from the Apocalypse, Chapter 9, verses 1-2:

“And the fifth angel sounded the trumpet, and I saw a star fall from heaven upon the earth, and there was given to him the key of the bottomless pit. And he opened the bottomless pit: and the smoke of the pit arose, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened with the smoke of the pit.”

It goes on to describe how from the smoke of the pit come locusts, which are interpreted by some commentators as heretics, in fact, that is one of the explanations given in the Douay Rheims Bible.

In addition, the darkening of the sun is also seen as prophetic for a loss of faith.

In his fictional work, Windswept House, Father Malachi Martin described the Enthronement of Lucifer within the Vatican on 29 June, 1963, which of course was the date that Montini ascended the Papacy as Paul VI. In a subsequent interview, Father Martin confirmed that the Enthronement of Satan had actually occurred although he changed some details for his fictional account.

In March 2010, Father Gabriele Amorth, the chief Vatican exorcist, told Italian newspaper La Repubblica: “The devil resides in the Vatican and you can see the consequences. … He added: “When one speaks of ‘the smoke of Satan’ [a phrase coined by Pope Paul VI in 1972] in the holy rooms, it is all true – including these latest stories of violence and paedophilia.”

In 2002, Solange Strong Hertz wrote a book in which she builds a very good case that we are well into the period of the Apocalyptic Trumpets. The title is in fact, The Sixth Trumpet. It is published by The Remnant Press, As of 9 October, 2015, this book is available brand new from Remnant Press or from Amazon.

Father Amorth linked the clergy sexual abuse cases with satan’s influence in the Church, and in this, he is right on target. As Sister Lucia reminded us, the devil knows exactly what will destroy the most souls. And what has the Vatican done about it? Under Pope Francis, sodomy seems to be supported as never before, as anyone who has been paying attention knows full well.

There is much more on this important subject as we move closer to the final Synod. Pope Francis is releasing his encyclical in which he is expected to commit the Church even more closely to to the anti-Christ agenda of the United Nations, then, in September he will come to America to push the Kasper homo-agenda, followed by a visit to the United Nations, all in the run-up to October’s Synod. Truly, “The worst are full of passionate intensity”!

Update, added August, 2015:

NOTE: This post is one of many that I am restoring gradually in my struggles to rebuild our blog on our new platform. It was written before the Pope’s “Gaia Encyclical” and it is interesting to see how much has happened in the few months since it was originally posted. We’ve had the heartbreaking catastrophe of the Irish pro-sodomy vote, the U.S. Supreme Court’s awful ruling in favor of homosexuals’ “rights” over against Christian’s rights, and the gruesome news of the Planned Parenthood ghouls not only hacking babies into pieces – after all, that’s old news, isn’t it? – but actually engaging in a capitalistic enterprise of of these tiny baby body parts. Not a murmur from the “Vicar of Christ on Earth”, the spiritual leader of the Roman Catholic faithful who has bigger fish to fry, a Church to change “irreversibly”, and little time to do it in.

And so the slide towards the climax of the Chastisement continues apace. My  intention is to provide you with some appropriate solidly Catholic prophecies, and some solid spiritual writing to strengthen your resolve as we gird ourselves for the tsunami that approaches. In the meantime, please keep us in your prayers, and we too, pray for you.

NOTE January, 2018. These old posts are like time capsules and as we look over them, we note the “progress” in the Bergoglian  church in the three years since it was written.  Pope Francis has shown support for notorious abortionists Emma Bonino and Lilianne Ploumen, has deconstructed the Pontifical Academy for Life and reconstituted it in his own  image in order to promote the anti-life agenda of contraception, abortion and euthanasia. He has continued to wage war against any slightest adherence to the doctrine and practice of the true Faith with his misleading and destructive “Amoris Laetitia”. He has insulted the faithful at every turn, most recently in Chile where he forced Juan Barros as bishop on the remaining faithful of that suffering church despite the outrage of the faithful of Chile.  Pope Francis has given the utmost support to the pro-homosexual priests and prelates from de Kesel to Cupich, to Martin as we have documented.  He has continued to  insult Our Lady of Fatima  on her Centenary. And all this is capped off by honoring Martin Luther while erasing the Immaculata from the Crucifixion  and by insulting the Holy Family and the Birth of Christ at Christmas with the disgusting spectacle of the Vatican’s “Nativity” scene.  For truly, “the worst are full of passionate intensity”, for they know their time is short. And now is almost up.

I have been reminded that soon it will be February 2, the Feast of the Purification of Mary and Presentation of the Child Jesus in the Temple. It marks the end of Christmastide and is traditionally a time for renewing our Total Consecrations to the Sacred Heart of Jesus through the Immaculate Heart of Mary. It is not too late to begin reviewing and preparing for this renewal of your Consecrations!

Remember, pray the Rosary and confound the devil and those who serve him!

Immaculate Heart of Mary, Queen of our hearts, Mother of the Church, do thou offer to the Eternal Father the Precious Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ, for the conversion of poor sinners, especially our Pontiff.
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, Thy kingdom come! Viva Cristo Rey!
Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us now and at the hour of our death.
St. Joseph, protect us, protect our families, protect our priests.
St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle.

Please pray for the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary!

~ by evensong for love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ, King.
Vouchsafe that I may praise thee, O Sacred Virgin! Give me strength against thine enemies!
