“I am with you all days, even to the consummation of the world”

Trinity Sunday, 2019.  For our accustomed post, see: Trinity Sunday.

“At that time, Jesus said to His disciples: All power is given to Me in Heaven and on earth. Going therefore, teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost, teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you. And behold I am with you all days, even to the consummation of the world.”

This was really quite “un-ecumenical” of Our Lord, wasn’t it?  I’m surprised our humble pope has not corrected Our Lord for His errors. For, with these few words, Our Lord states some essentials of the faith:

The Holy Trinity
This is the Catholic Faith

He clearly establishes His divinity: “All power is given to Me”.

“Teach all nations”, that is, He establishes the teaching magisterium of the Church. Note that He is not instructing them to print Bibles and distribute them for each man to interpret themselves. Nor is He commanding them to preach ecology, population control, “tolerance” for perversion and marxist materialism.

“Baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost”. In this, He establishes the first and most essential sacrament and also states the foundation of our Catholic faith, belief in the triune God. This refutes the false ecumenism of Pope Francis, which betrays Christ the King.

“Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you.” This reinforces the teaching authority of the Church, and also proof that faith alone is not sufficient for salvation.

“I am with you all days, even to the consummation of the world.” Christ will be with the Church through all ages. This is the basis for our hope, even in perilous times like these.

Pope Francis continues in his efforts to dismantle the framework of the Church, especially by attacking the elements listed above,. Today, in the United States of America, we also celebrate Father’s Day and so we consider the Trinity, particularly the role of God as our Eternal Father. It is natural that those who attack the dogma of the Most Holy Trinity from within the Church itself, should also attack the family, and even the hierarchical structure of the Church itself.

This three pronged attack, on the dogma of the Trinity, the hierarchy of the Church and the family, arises from within the Church, even from the very apex of the Church, from the man who claims to be Vicar of Christ, Pope Francis. Why is this happening? What can we expect and what must be done?

It is happening because of the unholy trinity of age-old sins, i.e.,  the concupiscence of the flesh, and the concupiscence of the eyes, and the pride of life , which is not of the Father, but is of the world. (1 John, 2, 16). These sins have become a deluge in the church under the corrupt and disobedient popes.

Our Lord Jesus Christ founded His Church as an absolute monarchy, with a fallible human being at the head, as His Vicar. This fragile institution is only strong insofar as the Vicar of Christ relies on Him whose Vicar he is to sustain and guide him. Almighty God in His Providence, has designed this so that we may — must! —  work with Him to keep the Church strong. In brief, we get the Pope — and the Church — that we deserve. How can we expect the pope to be faithful, if we ourselves are indifferent to God’s law?

To be specific, God sent us His Son to suffer and die for our salvation. As centuries passed and the faith became tepid, Our Lord Himself returned to offer devotion to His Sacred Heart. When that was largely ignored, He offered us devotion to the Immaculate Heart of His Blessed Mother. These devotions are not merely sentimental, they are the weapons we must use in this great battle for souls. Those who despise these simple remedies put their souls in grave danger, and endanger the many souls who depend on them as well.

Even though popes have ignored these remedies, and spurned the call of Our Lady of Fatima, our task remains. We must understand this:

In this stage of the battle, satan in his hatred for the Holy Trinity, attacks the structure of the Church and the structure of the family, both of which reflect the nature of the Holy Trinity. Satan and those who serve him intend to destroy the primacy of Peter in order to bring about the dissolution of the church. They seek also to destroy the family and the priesthood, both of which depend on men in the true likeness of the Son of God. To this end, there is such a vehement attack on men today, both in their sacred priesthood and in their fatherhood.

There is no remedy given us for these horrendous attacks except that which has already been given and ignored: devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ and to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. With these devotions, we kneel as the little shepherds at Fatima, and the shepherds at Bethlehem, and let ourselves be led by the Immaculate Mother of God. The trinity of the Holy Family is our model of the Heavenly Trinity and our path to Heaven!

We are not disheartened by the chaos around us, for even as the wreckage continues, saints are arising. Although many may not see it yet,  Our Lady is preparing her Apostles. Yes, there will be martyrs, many, many martyrs — in fact, this is already occurring at the hands of this “merciful pope” who always and everywhere proves himself the enemy of Christ.

The ancient enemy of Christ desires to destroy the Church by destroying the papacy. This appears to be the goal of Pope Francis as well who was quoted recently as saying the last signs of monarchy in the church must go. It is the primacy of Peter that is a key here. And so, we must pray for the pope. Whether the pope makes use of the graces he is granted, we must nevertheless fulfill our duties, trusting to God.

It is necessary now to clarify an aspect of this battle,  that is to say,  the term, “the gates of Hell”.

In this great battle we need to understand this:

“…Thou art Peter; and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.”

Gates are not a means of attack, they are defensive. That is, the gates of hell refers to the means which Satan uses to defend his own worldly kingdom from Christ the King, who has taken the offensive in this great combat. The gates of Satan’s kingdom refers to the unholy trinity of sins we mentioned in the beginning of this post and thus,  the concupiscence of the flesh (sodomy, fornication, divorce), and the concupiscence of the eyes (greed, envy), and the pride of life (pride, disobedience, indifference and despair), which is not of the Father, but is of the world. These sins form a strong network which spans the entire world, entrapping even those consecrated to serve Christ the King. Note: these sins also infect and weaken the faithful, thus the constant call for repentance and reparation.

This is the network which strengthens the occupiers of the Holy Church, and the network of evil which binds the global empire of Satan. Although Satan believes, in the blindness of his dark heart, that these gates make his empire impervious, we shall soon see, even as he appears to destroy the structure of the Church and obliterate the family and the sacred priesthood, the triumph of the Handmaid of the Lord and her little ones, who gain victory by their sufferings, by their blood offered up for the glory of God, the honor of Mary Immaculate and the salvation of souls.

Once the enemy of Christ has done his utmost, satan’s cult will be cast from the holy Citadel and the Bride of Christ will rise resplendent. A brief period of peace and restoration after which Christ holy kingdom will with renewed vigor battle Satan’s kingdom, following Christ our King, “Going therefore, teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost, teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you.”

Well, dear readers, I have wandered far from my original intent, but this has been much on my mind lately. We must correctly understand the nature of our task. We have today a situation which has never been seen in the history of the Church. This is Satan’s last ditch effort to destroy the Church and Christ is not on the defensive — far from it! — for He is even now preparing to drive Satan from the Church; Satan’s gates, the network of crime and corruption within the Church will be broken and we are to be part of it! Take heart! And make of everything a sacrifice as the Angel of Fatima commanded.

Soon, God willing, I shall have somewhat to say about the errors of Russia, as well, that I do not believe has been understood.

Thank you for reading and please, pray and sacrifice for our priests and for those most in need of mercy. Please remember: Our Lady gave us our orders: First Saturdays of Reparation, daily rosary, at least 5 mysteries, wear — and live! — her brown scapular. This implies of course, Total Consecration to her Immaculate Heart.

Vouchsafe that I may praise thee, O Sacred Virgin! Give me strength against thine enemies!

Dear Evensong, you are totally right about this pope. He is an antipope, possibly and probably an Antichrist. I am just discovering the beauty of the Traditional Latin Mass(TLM). Pope Benedict wanted every parish to offer at least one Sunday Mass in Latin. What happened with that? We can have Dignity masses , rainbow Masses, Father Martin endorsed Masses, but the wicked prelates dig in their heels about TLM. We MUST go back to the TLM, in addition to our Rosaries .

Colleen, this pope is our spiritual chastisement, and a figure of the false prophet.

For an post on my beliefs about Pope Francis, please see “The Lamb with Two Horns and the Woman Clothed with the Sun

The True Mass is very important, but it cannot grow in the hearts of the priests and faithful without the devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary through her Rosary. We are all very sick in the deep iniquities of our time, and this is the medicine prescribed by heaven.

Without devotion to the Blessed Virgin, when the faithful are exposed to the true Mass, they either find it distasteful or they become liturgical prigs, like those irritating people who prattle endlessly about the finer points of something, especially food, for instance, without being capable of actually appreciating it.

Devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary is totally consumed with love for the most Blessed Sacrament and will restore the true Mass when the priests and faithful become her children at last. A good mother — and she is the finest! — always feeds her children the best!

      God bless you dear!

    Dear Evensong,

I have been reading your blog for some time now and I am very impressed with your devotion and your research. I have been a keen observer of the crisis in the Church since the late 1990s and would be interested in corresponding with you if possible. I have particularly researched Fatima, Malachi Martin and the various prophetical works that are approved and have come to much the same conclusions you have.

We are most definitely living the final stages of the 3rd Secret as alluded to by Fr Martin, Fr Dollinger, Cardinal Ciappi and many others. Francis and his cohorts, and modernism, represent the “operation of error” that St Paul warned would befall those who were unfaithful or resistant to the truth. In my humble opinion modernism would also be aptly summed up by the wormwood of the Apocalypse – poisoning the Mass and the sacraments which are supposed to be the wellsprings of Grace.

Francis is chiefly a literal damming punishment for those who love evil and lies and want to be confirmed in them. Those who love the truth are prompted by the Holy Spirit to be horrified at this deception played out at the top.

I could say so much more but time does not permit. May God bless you and your work.

    Yours in Christ,
