[March 24, 2017: Today, I reposted a perennial favorite, a poem on the Annunciation and Incarnation. I made the mistake of appending a foreword to it, in which I stated my response to the “regularization” dialogue. I should not have appended my opinions on the work of peregrine, and so I took it down. However, I am posting my response to the SSPX regularization dialogue here on this page.
I am sorry to lose readers but I spoke out of love and respect for the true head of the Church, Our Lord Jesus Christ, who is suffering greatly in this crisis. Any agreement with this pope, who really does not appear to be a Catholic at all, but almost an “anti-Catholic”, will be detrimental to the Faith, to the true Mass and to our good and faithful priests.
There can be no doubt that Our Lady will sustain our good priests, for they are her most beloved children, but still many souls will be placed in danger if the Society falls prey to Bergoglio’s revolution; and no “agreement” no matter how ironclad legally, will protect them because this pope has no more regard for the law than he does for Our Lord in the most Blessed Sacrament.
Here is the comment I made that has cost me so much grief:
Regarding SSPX “Regularization”
I have watched in increasing perplexity the unfolding drama of the “regularization” dialogue with apostate Rome. I was not blessed with a brilliant mind, but I do have a great love for for Our Lord and His Blessed Mother. Given my limitations, this situation presents itself to me in very simple, clear terms:
Does Pope Francis, in any way, show us his love of, reverence for, Our Lord Jesus Christ and the Church he founded? Does he show us, teach us his flock, love for, reverence for, Our Lord’s Mother, the Blessed Virgin Mary?
If Pope Francis does not, then he is no friend, no follower of Jesus Christ, our Savior and the true Head of the One True Church founded by Him. If therefore, Pope Francis is no friend of Our Lord Jesus Christ, why is Bishop Fellay associating himself with this pope? We are not to associate ourselves with those who betray Christ, are we?
In my pain, I tend to forget, and so I remind myself, and you too, that when we have prayed so profoundly to Our Most Blessed Mother, we must then let go of our burden and trust in her love for us, her children. For it would be an insult to her to continue to be in anguish once we have entrusted our cares to her.
About ReturntoFatima and the author, evensong.
This is a traditional Catholic blog, for the purpose of promoting the truth about the message of Our Lady of Fatima, and its urgent relevance for our time. The term “Traditional Catholic” used at this site means simply Roman Catholic, adhering to the doctrine and practices of the Roman Catholic faith as it was believed and observed before the Second Vatican Council. This site supports the priests of the Society of St. Pius X founded by Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre who will, in a saner time, be recognised as the saint who kept the Catholic faith alive in the darkest of times through his unfailing humility and obedience to the true Head of the Church.
I do not seek or accept donations from readers nor do I attempt to promote my site in any way other than by spiritual practice and writing posts dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.
Why am I doing this?
I believe that the Message Our Lady of the Rosary brought to us at Fatima, if understood properly holds the key to understanding the Apocalypse as Sister Lucia of Fatima attempted to explain to the faithful. She was silenced and her message was suppressed, misinterpreted and co-opted to serve the ancient enemy. This enemy has flooded the world with false apparitions, many of which are pious frauds, that is, they contain nothing counter to the faith, but simply serve to smother the Fatima Message with platitudes to distract from and dilute the true message.
It is Fatima alone that holds the key to your salvation in this crisis. Without it, you may survive spiritually, since God’s mercy is unfathomable and He saves whomever He wills, but why would you risk it, when He offers you the simple and secure way of the Immaculata? Do you really think it wise to spurn this merciful path He offers you?
An additional goal of my writing here is to counter some of the errors about Fatima, such as that “the chastisement is easing… and bound to fall apart eventually”, and that “just when all seems lost… will be the happy beginning of the complete restoration”. Those assertions which have achieved widespread support among the faithful are deceptive because they use partial truths in order to obscure the full truth, which is that Our Lady repeatedly warned that if her requests were not heeded a severe chastisement was in store for all mankind.
It is a shame that this is being done by those in whom so many have trusted. The full truth is that Our Lady’s requests have not been obeyed and the situation is extremely dire. If you were standing on the shore and saw the tide withdraw for a full mile out, you would not placidly remark, “Well, the tide goes and the tide comes, and in the end, her Immaculate Heart will triumph”. Yes, “her Immaculate Heart will triumph in the end”, but before then, there is much that we must do. We are here for a reason. Each of us has a role that must be played correctly, for our souls and the souls entrusted to us. False optimism misleads many and this is such a shame.
To counteract this prevailing error, I have attempted in this blog to explain:
1. What Our Lady requested.
2. That her requests have not been heeded.
3. What we, the faithful must do to comply.
4. What is in store for us at this late date.
Since I do not promote my blog in any way, I depend on readers to spread the message. So far, that has not happened to any appreciable extent. Which leads to the unavoidable conclusion that I am perhaps using the wrong forum. So, I am working on an ebook which will attempt to do what I tried with this blog, that is, examine the true message of Fatima, within the context of current events and approved private and scriptural prophecy, especially the Apocalypse of St. John.
Who am I?
I am an old woman with her rosary, thanks be to God.
Why am I anonymous, and what am I hiding?
I do not post my real name out of respect for friends and family members who regret that I have begun this risky endeavor. I regret it too, but at this point, must continue until I finish this task or become unable to complete it. As far as hiding something, I wish it were possible, but regrettably my faults are here on display for all to see. I cannot hide it.
