St. Hermenegild and Modernist Ploys

We repost last year’s tribute to a little known but relevant saint for our times.

You are a slave of the devil because you have a false faith, you’re not Catholic! And I will not receive Holy Communion from sacrilegious hands!”

The Triumph of St. Hermenegild, Martyr for the Faith
The Triumph of St. Hermenegild, Martyr for the Faith

Today, April 13, is the feast of day of St. Hermenegild and so we offer an updated tribute to this young saint who stood up against heresy, even the heresy of his own father. His example teaches us much about the current crisis.

St. Hermenegild was a Visigoth Prince martyred for the faith in 585. He was put to death by his own father, the Arian King Leovigild for holding firm to the Catholic faith. His father cast him into a dungeon and after several months, sent an Arian Bishop to him on Easter Sunday to offer him a pardon if he would accept Communion from him. By his firm refusal to yield his faith to heresy, even to his father’s heresy, he earned a martyr’s crown. His story has a particular relevance to this unique and tragic time in the Church.

A few years ago, Bishop Tissier de Mallerais gave a sermon on St. Hermenegild:

“I spoke this morning to the children about Saint Hermenegild. He was a young martyr, seventeen years old, who lived in the sixth century. He was Catholic, but his father was a heretic, an Arian. He was supposed to inherit the throne of Spain, but his father, furious that his son was a Catholic, forbade him the throne and sentenced him to prison.

“Hermenegild – whom we celebrate on April 13th, was in prison for several months as Easter approached. He wanted to receive Communion, Holy Communion for Easter. His father was thinking the same thing and sent him a bishop carrying Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament! What a joy for Hermenegild to be able to make his Easter communion! Except that when the bishop entered the prison cell, he presented himself thus: “I am the Bishop of Huesca, I am an Arian and I bring you Holy Communion!” “I am Arian,” that is to say “I am a heretic, I’m not Catholic.”

“It was a bishop who was not Catholic, dear faithful, who brought Holy Communion to Hermenegild. What did Hermenegild do? What would you have done in his place? Would you still have accepted to receive Holy Communion? In order to receive Jesus in the Eucharist, is it not worth making some compromises, receiving even from unworthy hands the Lord Jesus? This bishop celebrated Mass validly though he did not believe that Jesus is God, because that was the Arian religion. He did not even believe that Jesus was God! But we do think he could validly celebrate Mass and he was bringing Jesus in the Eucharist!

“Well, in the twinkling of an eye, inspired by one of the gifts of the Holy Ghost – whom we are celebrating today − the gift of Counsel, he said: “No. I will not receive communion from your sacrilegious hands! As for me, I am in chains but I am free to work my salvation. You, my lord, are free but you are a slave of the devil because you have a false faith, you’re not Catholic! And I will not receive Holy Communion from sacrilegious hands!”

“What an example for us, my dear faithful! All the beautiful gifts coming from Rome, we are not prepared to accept them without examination, without considering the circumstances in which this gift would be made. We demand to be able to maintain our public and entire profession of the Catholic Faith. We cannot receive poisoned gifts that would condemn us to compromise with Modernism. This is the example of Saint Hermenegild, inspired by the Holy Ghost.”

When the Arian heresy swept throughout Christendom, and nearly destroyed the Church, the remnant remained steadfast, even to martyrdom and their prayers and sacrifices eventually achieved the extirpation of the evil heresy of Arianism.

Modernism, the synthesis of all heresies is the current counterpart to the ancient evil of Arianism; now under the grim assault of our arch-modernist pope, we are facing an even greater threat to the faith in his promotion of relativism and situation ethics in a magisterial document. Unlike past times, today’s Church is not only beset by a pernicious heresy, it is permeated with a debilitating corruption in both the laity and the consecrated life. Now, the Church is so constituted that those who are blessed with the faith are charged with helping those who are failing in their faith.

Therefore, we are responsible for our wayward priests, prelates and even our Pope. We owe them our prayers and penances, but we also owe them the truth. We are responsible for recalling to the faith those who have fallen into error.

With his  Apostolic Exhortation, Amoris Laetitia, our Pope has achieved what was previously unthinkable: he has introduced heresy into a magisterial document, against the clear and firm teaching of the Faith proclaimed by Our Lord Jesus Christ and the constant teaching and practice of the faith for over 2,000 years. And the silence of our brave “Princes of the Church” is stunning! Who will defend the Bride of Christ?

Update for 2017: And now what are we to think of the Vatican’s latest ploy, to extend to the priests of the Society of St. Pius X the “right” to perform licit marriages under the auspices of a Novus Ordo priest? What would St. Athanasius have thought if a Pope of his time offered him the “concession” of having an Arian priest preside at his sacraments?

Update for 2018:  As a result of Amoris Laetitia  many Bishops are now welcoming to Holy Communion,  not only couples living in adultery and even those who do not bother to be wed at all, but now also, Protestant spouses. And the Pope has refused to deny that he stated, as directly quoted by his ancient atheist, marxist friend, the Catholic doctrines of Hell and the immortality of the soul.

In a recent development regarding SSPX marriages, we have had in Canada, a  Diocesan Bishop refuse to allow an SSPX priest to receive the vows of an SSPX couple in the Bishop’s beautiful church, resulting in the couple opting for the beautiful church even though it required accepting the diocesan  priest presiding in place of their own Society priest. Who can say what the results of this will be?

Do you think it may happen that the Bishop who refused the Society will be followed by more Bishops also refusing to allow SSPX priests to receive the vows of their own people?  How is that a gain for the Society?   The groom explains that the sheer beauty of the diocesan church was a significant factor. Yes, and Mary and Joseph resided in a poor stable for the birth of the Son of God, our Redeemer.

In any event, we all must pray earnestly for the good God to bless the couple and all involved; His grace and mercy be with us all!

Thanks to a reader for the following link which  offers an opportunity to consider the mind of many of the leaders of the Society at an earlier point in time.  But times change, do they not?  Link here.

We are fast approaching a time, when after our prayers and penances, after our remonstrations, we must do as St. Hermenegild did. Soon,  we may have to say with Athanasius, “They have the churches, but we have the faith.” With the Holy Family, we may yet have to withdraw  into the desert, until this onslaught of heresy plays out and God once again restores the Church.

St. Joseph was forced to take his Family and leave the visible structure of his faith in order to save the faith. Let us pray to him, as Guardian of the Holy Family and Protector of the Church to protect us now from those in our own hierarchy who seek to destroy the Faith and murder souls in the name of a perversion of mercy.

“[14] Bear not the yoke with unbelievers. For what participation hath justice with injustice? Or what fellowship hath light with darkness? [15] And what concord hath Christ with Belial? Or what part hath the faithful with the unbeliever?

[16] And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God; as God saith: I will dwell in them, and walk among them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. [17] Wherefore, Go out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing: [18] And I will receive you; and I will be a Father to you; and you shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.” (2 Cor, 6, 14-18)

Rest for the weary

It has become necessary for me to take a time of rest. There are several scheduled articles but posting will be sparse. I hope to update my status in a week or so.  Until then, we repost this in the hopes that some who come across it will find it useful.

A milestone has been passed. All of us should have taken to heart the message Our Lady of the Rosary left us with in her sixth visit at Fatima, October 13, 1917: Continue to say the Rosary every day. …. People must amend their lives and ask pardon for their sins.” Then, growing sadder, “They must not offend Our Lord any more for He is already too much offended.”

Also, remember that Our Lady told Blessed Alan de la Roche, “Know, my son, that a probable and proximate sign of eternal damnation is aversion for, lukewarmness and carelessness in saying the Angelic Salutation…”  Distaste for her Rosary is an indication of danger, a warning that a soul is drifting from the true path.

We have been pointing out that Pope Francis does indeed, appear to fit the prophecy of the Second Beast. Perhaps he is not that beast, but merely a foreshadowing, in the way that Nero was not the Antichrist, but merely one of the many antichrists of history. Of Bergoglio’s similarity to the Second Beast, we wrote:

What is certain is that outwardly this false prophet will act as one exercising authority in the name of God and in His service, while in reality it will be completely in the service of the Beast.  It will use fire from Heaven, which is the Word of God, the anathema, to disarm its enemies and conquer Christians. This is because the Lamb, that is, the False Prophet will then condemn what is holy and consecrate what comes from the Evil One.

In several previous posts I have warned,

The Church is the Mystical Body of Christ and as such, the Passion of the Church may be said to mirror the Passion of Our Lord Jesus Christ, her founder.  And so, the effective silencing of the true Holy Sacrifice of the Mass may parallel the Sacrifice of the Cross, and is, it seems to me, inevitable.  Consider if the present occupant of the See of Peter may not be the man to accomplish this. Perhaps it may explain his red-hot hurry to accomplish so many radical changes in such a brutal manner – time is of the essence.

I believe that it is urgent for traditionals to grasp the fact that there is a clear and present danger of the loss of the sacraments, especially the Mass, and we all need to find a way to put differences aside and work together to promote the only message that can save souls, the true Message of Fatima. For we may well find ourselves isolated from all we hold dear, and in severe danger of losing our souls.

But as it is, so few are able to grasp the need to help other blogs, help establish a network of blogs dedicated to saving souls. If only there were unity, so much could be accomplished! But, I digressed. To return to the writings of Frère Michel:

THE PROPHETIC WRITINGS, A SOURCE OF PATIENCE, CONSOLATION AND HOPE

We are here, almost at the utmost triumph of Impiety, at the hour of the most complete victory of the  “mystery of iniquity”, as Saint Paul says, the  “mystery of the Beast”, as Saint John says (Apocalypse 17: 7). It is a bewildering mystery, this hour of the triumph of  “the Power of Darkness”; yet it belongs to the divine economy of the plan of redemption. For before the triumph of Jesus Christ comes, before His universal Kingdom is instituted, during which “the Gospel of the Kingdom will be proclaimed in the whole world, as a witness before all peoples” (Mt. 24: 14),  “the apostasy must come”,  “the Man of Sin, the Son of Perdition has to manifest himself”; the  “False Prophet”, the False Lamb must do its work of perversion  “that the Scripture may be fulfilled”, as Jesus said concerning the betrayal by Judas:  “I know whom I have chosen, but that the Scripture may be fulfilled.” (John. 13: 18)

Note: Frère Michel wrote the foregoing in about 1984-85 and see how they apply now.

And in His priestly prayer, Jesus says:  “I watched over them, and not one of them perished except the son of perdition, in order that the Scripture may be fulfilled.” (John. 17: 12) Saint Peter also, after the Ascension says:  “Brethren, the Scripture must be fulfilled which the Holy Spirit declared before by the mouth of David concerning Judas, who was the leader of those who arrested Jesus: inasmuch as he had been numbered among us and allotted his share in this ministry…” (Acts 1: 16)

Recall now, how often Pope Francis has spoken sympathetically about Judas, “that poor man”.

BEHOLD, I HAVE FORETOLD IT TO YOU” (Matt. 24: 25).

“As it happened in Our Lord’s earthly life, just before the victory of His resurrection, so also this “hour of the Power of Darkness” must be accomplished in the life of His pilgrim Church. So the Scriptures warn us.  … This had to come. This worldwide apostasy, which suddenly has become the major phenomenon of our times, no longer bewilders us; we know that it was written.  It is no longer the defeat of Christianity, the proof of its weakness, the crushing argument against its divine truth… On the contrary, the literal fulfillment of the prophecies comes as a strengthening of our faith, it alone can persuade the unbeliever, and it nourishes our hope.

These times are diabolical;  But we needed the support, the absolute security of the Divine Word to dare to say it to ourselves and declare it openly. Strong in this revelation, we understand that we must hold on and not let up, (We must) remain in “the camp of the saints”, infiltrated from every side and rotted by traitors, preserve the faith intact even when the division is introduced into our own families and into our churches. In such a situation, we reach the point of thinking that the worst is yet to come. If the hour of Satan’s final assaults has arrived, then we are not finished suffering.” (Frère Michel de la Sainte Trinite. The Whole Truth about Fatima – Vol III (Kindle ebook assembler from archive.org.)

The following portion explains  Pope Francis’ enmity for Our Lady of Fatima:

THE MYSTERY OF THE THIRD SECRET

Our Lady of the Rosary appearing at Fatima one hundred years ago  was the Woman Clothed with the Sun – “She was of light” as Lucia said – revealed herself to her children  just before the  Red Dragon appeared  in the East.  This Red Dragon is the Ancient Adversary who calls  forth the two beasts who serve him. Thus we see The Woman appearing  to warn us and prepare us at the very hour when the first Beast of the Apocalypse was taking shape – a Beast which She came to designate and denounce by name – announced equally, in Her third Secret, the events corresponding to the third image of the triptych in chapters 12 and 13 of the Apocalypse. Sister Lucia told us that the third Secret was in the Apocalypse, which indicates this passage concerning the apostasy of the pastors of the Church, placing themselves at the service of an impious political power – chapter 13, verses 11 to 18.

“As the Secret in its entirety describes the final combat of the forces of Evil against the Immaculate Virgin, we would find there the three satanic powers described by Saint John: in the first part, the devil himself and the vision of hell corresponding to the Dragon of the Apocalypse; in the second part, the hegemony of Russian communism corresponds to the first Beast; finally, in the third part, the apostasy and treason of many pastors of the Church correspond to the description of the false lamb, the false prophet in the service of the Beast.

Moreover, in perfect coherence with our previous demonstrations on the most probable contents of the third Secret, its conclusion, full of an invincible hope and announcing a decisive victory, confirms us in this hypothesis. After the revelation of the third Secret, the Blessed Virgin continues:  “In the end My Immaculate Heart will triumph. The Holy Father will consecrate Russia to Me, and she will be converted, and a certain period of peace will be granted to the world.”

“Such a triumph, announced so solemnly – and which, as we will see, is not without an evocation of the future Jerusalem, the Christendom of tomorrow, of Chapters 21 and 22 of the Apocalypse: ‘and I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of Heaven from God…’ (Apocalypse 21: 2) – such a triumph of itself indicates above all the spiritual significance of the tragic battle preceding it.

And its temporal expression –  “in the end” – so heavy with implications, allows us to guess the furious struggle, no doubt even the reversals and seeming total defeat that will come before the final victory of the New Eve. Does not this triumph come to close a battle which was above all Her own, the one announced in the proto-Gospel?  “She shall crush thy head.” Yes, it is she who will overcome the diabolical wave sweeping over the Church, the impiety installed even in the sanctuary, and all the obscure (occult) forces which foment apostasy. For clothed with the power of the Most High, She is more fearsome than an army in battle array:  “Fair as the moon, bright as the sun, terrible as an army set in battle array”, according to the words of the Canticle of Canticles (Cant. 6: 10).

The Triumph of her Immaculate Heart  is  the victory of the Faith, which defeats heresy, apostasy and corruption, restoring the Church. This will be the final triumph of the Woman of the Apocalypse, the Mother of the Church.  Her decisive victory over the Prince of lies, instigator of all heresy, all schism, all impiety and apostasy: “Cunctas haereses tu sola interemisti in universo mundo!” You alone, O Mary Immaculate, Virgin Most Faithful have destroyed all heresies in the whole world!”

Our Lord Jesus Christ came to us through the Blessed Virgin Mary and it is through her that He wills that we return to Him.  She, the Mother of Fair Love calls us through love, with her Rosary, with our scapular and consecration. These simple remedies, so rich in graces should not be ignored!

In the Epistle of Paul to the Ephesians, we read:

“Finally,  brethren, be strengthened in the Lord, and in the might of His power. Put you on the armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the deceits of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood; but against principalities and power, against the rulers of the world of this darkness, against the spirits of wickedness in the high places. Therefore take unto you the armor of God, that you may be able to resist in the evil day, and to stand in all things perfect. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of justice, And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace: In all things taking the shield of faith, wherewith you may be able to extinguish all the fiery darts of the most wicked one. And take unto you the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit (which is the word of God). ( Ephesians 6, 10-17)

Thank you for reading and for your many prayers; I pray for you always!

Pray the Rosary for love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the salvation of souls!

Immaculate Heart of Mary, Queen of our hearts, Mother of the Church, do thou offer to the Eternal Father the Precious Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ, for the conversion of poor sinners, especially our Pontiff.
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, Thy kingdom come! Viva Cristo Rey!
Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us now and at the hour of our death.
St. Joseph, protect us, protect our families, protect our priests.
St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle.

Please pray for the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary!

The Judas Pope

On Maundy Thursday, Pope Francis confirmed his devotion to St. Judas by confiding to his marxist friend Eugenio Scalfari that there is no Hell.  As faithful Catholics all over the world were beginning  the holiest time of the year, the Triduum, Here are his words to Scalfari, the ancient atheist who is the Humble Pope’s® dear friend:

“Those who do not repent and cannot therefore be forgiven disappear. There is no hell, there is the disappearance of sinful souls.”

Pope Francis, who claims he is  “by the will of Christ Himself – the supreme Pastor and Teacher of all the faithful”; and that he enjoys, “supreme, full, immediate, and universal ordinary power in the Church”, thus effectively betrayed Christ Himself and two thousand years of Catholic teaching.

“Son of perdition”
Some of the more perceptive commenters have noted the coincidence (?) – the Passion of Christ began with the betrayal of Jesus by Judas on Maundy Thursday and now this unfortunate Pope, another “son of perdition”, sows confusion among the faithful on, of all days, Maundy Thursday. The Church, Mystical Body of Christ is thus betrayed by her earthly Shepherd, beginning the deepest stage of the Passion of the Church. Note Christ’s words in this regard:

“Holy Father, keep them in Thy name whom Thou has given me; that they may be one, as we also are.  While I was with them, I kept them in Thy name. Those whom Thou gavest me have I kept; and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition, that the scripture may be fulfilled.   (John 17)

All over the world, forces are aligning for this momentous battle and we will discuss this in more detail soon, God willing. But to get us prepared, please  review this particular post; for it gives some indispensable background for what is to follow.

The Judas Complex and Pope Francis

Odd, isn’t it that Pope Francis has such a tender spot for Judas the betrayer of Christ?  In Monday’s (April  11, 2016) homily at Msgr. Ricca’s residence, Pope Francis opined, “It hurts when I read that small passage from the Gospel of Matthew, when Judas, who has repented, goes to the priests and says: ‘I have sinned’ and wants to give … and gives them the coins. ‘Who cares! – they say to him: it’s none of our business!’ They closed their hearts before this poor, repentant man, who did not know what to do. And he went and hanged himself.” (Vatican Radio) [Note: Pope Francis really did call Judas a “poor, repentant man” !]

To Francis, Judas “repented”, even though Judas never acknowledged his sin to Jesus Christ, who is the One whom he offended. For Francis, Judas’s worldly regret expressed to the “doctors of the law” was sufficient, ignoring Jesus entirely. Odd that this Vicar of Christ seems not to understand that the victim of every sin is Jesus Christ and reparation must be to Him.

So, Pope Francis teaches us, Judas was “this poor, repentant man”. Thus, once again Pope Francis is greater in mercy than Our Lord Jesus Christ, who prayed to His Father, shortly before Judas betrayed Him, “While I was with them, I kept them in Thy name. Those whom Thou gavest me have I kept; and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition, that the scripture may be fulfilled. (John 17, 12)

Coda
Thinking on this strange Pope’s even stranger affinity for Judas recalled to mind Father Malachi Martin’s writing about the Judas Complex among the Modernist Churchmen who infest the Church. His 1990 book, “The Keys of This Blood”,  has a final portion titled “Coda, the Protocol of Salvation” which contains a fascinating analysis of the precise situation in which we find ourselves today, under a pope who asserts himself as more merciful and practical than Jesus Christ, whom he insists he represents. Indeed, as he himself reminds us, he is  “by the will of Christ Himself – the supreme Pastor and Teacher of all the faithful”. And that he enjoys, “supreme, full, immediate, and universal ordinary power in the Church”.

The term “Coda”  refers to something that ends a work, its completion, and not only refers to the end of the book, but also the completion of the modernist revolution in the Church. In the first chapter of Coda, Fr. Martin explains the Judas Complex, that is, the compromise engaged in by the worldly, pragmatic Judas, who was certain that he was destined to steer Jesus away from His impractical insistence on the spiritual at the expense of the “real concerns of those living in the real world”. Martin writes that initially, Judas was certain that he could, by a “decent compromise, ensure Jesus’ success in the world by compacting with the world’s leaders.”

That term, “decent compromise” rang a bell when I read it, and at length I found the earlier reference to a “decent compromise” in Father Martin’s earlier book, “Rich Church, Poor Church” from 1984. When Pope Pius XI enlisted the aid of Cardinal Gasparri, his powerful Secretary of State and Francesco Pacelli (brother of then Archbishop Pacelli) to negotiate the Lateran Treaty in which the Pope traded the Vatican States for the Italian equivalent of $90+ million to be invested with the world’s bankers, (what could go wrong?) the deal was termed a “decent compromise”  by the Catholic leaders of the time.

The Lateran Treaty marked the grievous compromise with the world power of Freemasonry and was the event which triggered the return of Our Lady of Fatima in 1929 to request the Pope and Bishops Consecrate Russia to her Immaculate Heart. She required this public act of humility, faith and obedience to counteract the Pope and hierarchy’s growing arrogance, disbelief and disobedience.

Malachi Martin states, “the essence of the Judas complex: (is) the compromise of one’s basic principles in order to fit in with the modes of thought and behavior that the world regards as necessary for its vital interests”, and he asserts that this compromise was both the specific sin wherein Judas expressed his pride and also the sure norm we can use to identify the work of the “anti-church” which has infested the Church for generations now.  This anti-church within the Church has provided us with many clues to its existence over the years.

Rampolla’s Legacy
One notable example was Cardinal Mariano Rampolla, the Secretary of State under that brave Lion of the Faith, Pope Leo XIII. Pope Leo XIII was a fierce defender of the Faith and staunch opponent of Freemasonry; however, as Randy Engel noted in her monumental source book about homoheresy in the Church, “The Rite of Sodomy”, in the last 16 years of his papacy, that is, the years in which Rampolla guided him, Pope Leo ceased speaking out officially on Freemasonry and made several blunders which aided Masonic/progressive agenda at the expense of faithful Catholics.

Rampolla was reputed to be a member of a secret society, the Ordo Templis Orientalis (OTO) which used sodomy as part of its initiation at its highest levels. Engel identifies powerful churchmen who were part of Rampolla’s close inner circle: Cardinal Piero Gasparri, who negotiated the Lateran Treaty and served as the powerful Secretary of State for both the aged Benedict XV and for Pius XI. In addition to the Lateran Treaty we see Gasparri’s hand in Pope Benedict XV’s destruction of the anti-modernist Sodalitium Pianum put in place by Pope Saint Pius X.

Others who were part of the Rampolla faction were: Giacomo della Chiesa, who had been Rampolla’s private secretary and became Benedict XV, Eugenio Pacelli who served under Rampolla and was his protege. The two popes who followed him, Roncalli (John XXIII) and Montini (Paul VI) were also allies of Rampolla. All of these prelates are marked with the sign of worldly compromise, engaging in compacts with world leaders and in one way or another allowing into the Church the smoke of Satan. Many were noteworthy for their excellent and orthodox magisterial actions and teachings, but all carried within their work the subtle hand of the Judas Complex, which is the compromise necessary for evil to enter and eventually thrive in the Church. Father Martin explains in his passage on the Judas Complex that this is plainly malfeasance, described as  “the doing by a public official, under color of authority of his office, of something that is unwarranted, that he contracted not to do, and that is legally unjustified and positively wrongful or contrary to law,”

Sowing Confusion
Fr. Martin asserts that,

The greatest single act of malfeasance in high ecclesiastical and ecclesial office has been the tolerance and propagation of confusion about key beliefs among the Catholic rank and file, this tolerated confusion being a direct result of a tolerated dissidence by Catholic theologians and bishops concerning those same key beliefs.

For to tolerate confusion is to propagate confusion.

A primary and fundamental duty of every ecclesiastical office … (is) the clear, unmistakable teaching and enforcement of the basic rules and fundamental beliefs the Church holds and declares to be necessary for eternal salvation. There can be no compromise on both points: teaching and enforcement. If Roman Catholics have any rights in the Church, they have a primary right to receive such unequivocal teaching and to be the subjects of such forthright and unhesitating enforcement.”

Fr. Martin identifies four key areas that have been effectively undermined by this confusion:

  • The Eucharist. This means the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, undermined by Paul VI’s Novus Ordo, and now  demolished at the hands of the Humble Pope of Mercy®
  • The oneness and trueness of the Roman Catholic Church, undermined by false ecumenism, now being brought to its logical conclusion under Pope Francis.
  • The Petrine Office of the Bishop of Rome, undermined by collegiality.
  • The morality of Christian reproductive activity undermined by protestant heresy of the sovereignty of individual conscience. This last point has been carried farther than even Father Martin foresaw with the Bergoglio/Kasper agenda of asserting the rights of those living in persistent mortal sin, such as sodomy, fornication and adultery, to receive Holy Communion.

Each of the above four points is becoming ever more clear as Pope Francis pushes his agenda with brutal determination while the sycophant catholic media abet him and our weak and effeminate prelates look away.

In “Keys of This Blood”, Father Malachi Martin documents in exhausting detail the progress of the anti-church’s deliberate malfeasance. Reading it, one cannot but be struck with his prescience and then be overcome with sorrow for the Bride of Christ, betrayed by those who have sworn to cherish and protect Her and assaulted by those sworn to defend her, her own beloved Sons.

The Easiest Way
Martin explains that these modernist Judases intend to eliminate the Primacy of the Pope and replace the Petrine Privilege with a gaggle of national churches, each attuned their their own local culture and needs. In order to achieve the liquidation of the Petrine Office they require the consent of its occupant,

… and the easiest way in which that could happen would be the election to the throne of Peter of a papal candidate who, prior to his election, is known as favoring such a liquidation. Domination of a papal Conclave by that sort of mind would be a prerequisite for success in this epoch-making venture. For epoch-making it is: to transform the almost two-thousand-year-old tradition of the Roman Catholic Church by ending officially and once and for all the papal primacy such as it has evolved over the centuries and has been asserted by every ecumenical council of the Church, including the Second Vatican Council.”

The current occupant fits this description perfectly, wielding the full  power of the papacy in order to abolish it by means of collegiality and synodality. Father Martin sums up the progress of the Judas Complex by asserting that it brings us face to face with what St. Paul calls the “mystery of iniquity”. This is the phrase used by St. Paul when writing about the universal apostasy that precedes the anti-Christ in the last days.

“Before those terrible events of the final end, Paul tells his faithful, they will be faced with the fact that, contrary to human expectation, iniquity— the specific attack of Lucifer on the followers of Jesus— will operate on a grand scale. Jesus Himself, speaking of those last days, echoed the same note, warning His followers that the servants of that iniquity would do to them exactly as they would do to Him, so that even the just would succumb if God didn’t shorten those days of their sufferings. Jesus’ Church would be treated as Jesus had been treated by His enemies.

“It is not fanciful but frighteningly impressive to realize that the Judas complex in Churchmen has already led the Church into a condition that reproduces the sufferings imposed on Jesus through the treachery of Judas.

  • The agony of doubt and fear Jesus underwent in Gethsemane Garden is paralleled by the Gethsemane of doubt and fear that dissident theologians have created in the Church.
  • The neglect and contempt of Judas for partaking in what actually was a sacred event, the Last Supper, is reproduced in the multiple ways that the anti-Church has effectively diminished the sacramental importance of the Eucharist— indeed, the very reality of the Eucharist as the Body and Blood of Christ.
  • The imprisonment, torture, scourging and crucifixion of Jesus— direct results of Judas’ treachery— have been and still are today reproduced in the bodies of millions who have been betrayed by Churchmen.  [Here, we think particularly of the betrayed Middle East (and Chinese) Christians and all victims of islamic terror, such as Asia Bibi, on whom the Pope maintains an obstinate and cowardly silence.]
  • The desertion of Christ by the Apostles once Christ was arrested finds its mystical parallel in today’s Churchmen: They deny they know Him as the Son of God … and many good Churchmen, orthodox in belief, pure of life, flee from any reaction, any strong reaction, to the destruction of Christ’s Church by the anti-Church, thus becoming responsible for the damage they could have prevented by putting themselves and their interests in second position, resisting the anti-Church on the parish and diocesan level.

Fr. Martin’s Conclusion

“Such an overall manifestation of the once latent power of that iniquity, now rampant within the Church and directly the doing of the anti-Church, surely orients the mind to at least the beginnings, if not the actual beginning, of that universal apostasy among believers that St. Paul explicitly foretells and insists is the direct prelude to the climactic arrival of the Man of Destiny, the anti-Christ.” (Father Malachi Martin, The Keys of This Blood, Simon and Schuster, Kindle Edition).

Today, under the reign of Pope Francis, we see at last the one foreseen by St. Francis of Assisi,

“Some preachers will keep silence about the truth, and others will trample it under foot and deny it. Sanctity of life will be held in derision even by those who outwardly profess it, for in those days Jesus Christ will send them not a true pastor but a destroyer.”

In yet another post we recalled,

When asked if it was possible for the Cardinals to elect a heretical Pope, Father Malachi Martin responded,
“Yes, we could have an apostate as Pope. In that case, we would be into something terrible. We would be into something which is nightmarish. It would test the faith of the greatest saint. … Your faith would be battered to pieces. If that happens, they (The Kingdom of Darkness) would have the prize and everything would have to go underground. We are, indeed, on our way to becoming, as Paul VI described in his misery, an infinitesimally small part of humanity. (Fr. Malachi Martin)

In another quote,  Fr. Martin expanded on his prophecy about this pope:

“Roman Catholics will then have the spectacle of a pope validly elected who cuts the entire visible body of the Church loose from the traditional unity and the papacy-oriented apostolic structure that the Church has hitherto always believed and taught was divinely established. The shudder that will shake the Roman Catholic body in that day will be the shudder of its death agony. … Many will accept the new regime. Many will resist. All will be fragmented. There will be no one on earth to hold the fractionating members of the visible Roman Catholic body together as a living compact organization.”

Note that the original question in the quote above was “if it was possible for the Cardinals to elect a heretical Pope?” And Father Malachi Martin subtly corrected the question in his answer, in order to more precisely respond, “Yes, we could have an apostate as Pope.”

There is so much that needs to be said about this! I deeply regret my inadequacies for this task. Please, for the love of Mary, pray the Rosary!

Pilate and the Blood of Christ

Pilate is the Patron Saint of these weak and modernist Bishops and Cardinals, these “Excellencies” and “Eminences”  who adorn  themselves with scarlet and purple signifying the blood of martyrs even as they stand complicit in Pope Francis’s betrayal of faithful Catholics in China and the mideast.

Behold, the Man

From the Passion Narratives of Saints Matthew and John:

From Matt. 27, 16-25:

And (Pilate) had then a notorious prisoner, that was called Barabbas. They therefore being gathered together, Pilate said: “Whom will you that I release to you, Barabbas, or Jesus that is called Christ?”  For he knew that for envy they had delivered him.  And as he was sitting in the place of judgment, his wife sent to him, saying: “Have thou nothing to do with that just man; for I have suffered many things this day in a dream because of Him.”  But the chief priests and ancients persuaded the people, that they should ask for Barabbas, and take Jesus away.

And the governor answering, said to them: “Whether will you of the two to be released unto you?” But they said, “Barabbas”.  Pilate saith to them: “What shall I do then with Jesus that is called Christ?” They say all: “Let Him be crucified”. The governor said to them: “Why, what evil hath He done?” But they cried out the more, saying: “Let Him be crucified”. And Pilate seeing that he prevailed nothing, but that rather a tumult was made; taking water washed his hands before the people, saying: “I am innocent of the blood of this just man; look you to it”.  And the whole people answering, said: “His blood be upon us and our children”.

From John 19, 4-16:

Pilate therefore went forth again, and saith to them: “Behold, I bring Him forth unto you, that you may know that I find no cause in Him”. Jesus therefore came forth, bearing the crown of thorns and the purple garment. And he saith to them: “Behold the Man.”

When the chief priests, therefore, and the servants, had seen Him, they cried out, saying: “Crucify Him, crucify Him. Pilate saith to them: “Take Him you, and crucify Him: for I find no cause in Him.”

The Jews answered him:  “We have a law; and according to the law He ought to die, because He made Himself the Son of God.” When Pilate therefore had heard this saying, he feared the more.

And he entered into the hall again, and he said to Jesus: “Whence art Thou?” But Jesus gave him no answer.  Pilate therefore saith to Him: “Speakest Thou not to me? Knowest Thou not that I have power to crucify Thee, and I have power to release Thee?”

Jesus answered: “Thou shouldst not have any power against me, unless it were given thee from above. Therefore, he that hath delivered me to thee, hath the greater sin.” And from henceforth Pilate sought to release Him.

But the Jews cried out, saying:  “If thou release this man, thou art not Caesar’ s friend. For whosoever maketh himself a king, speaketh against Caesar.” Now when Pilate had heard these words, he brought Jesus forth, and sat down in the judgment seat, in the place that is called Lithostrotos, and in Hebrew Gabbatha.

And it was the parasceve of the pasch, about the sixth hour, and he saith to the Jews:  “Behold your king.” But they cried out:  “Away with Him; away with Him; crucify Him.” Pilate saith to them:  “Shall I crucify your king?” The chief priests answered:  “We have no king but Caesar.”

Then therefore he delivered Him to them to be crucified. And they took Jesus, and led Him forth.

As we read the Passion narrative above, we cannot help but wonder at Pilate, who after having concluded that Jesus was innocent, and even after having been warned by his wife, yet still handed Jesus over to his most brutal thugs to be tortured almost to death, spit upon and slapped around with a diabolical hatred. As we re-read it, a few insights emerge into Pilate’s nature: ambitious, cynical and even superstitious; actually, the quintessential “progressive” functionary of the Church today. Pilate makes a show of washing his hands of the “blood of this just man”, but is not able to free himself from the blood of our Savior.

Father Groenings writes,  “These words of Pilate contain a fearful self-condemnation. How could he, as a just judge be swayed by human motives against his own better knowledge and allow such an excessive wrong to be done to an innocent man?”

Although many writers imply that Pilate was a merciful man,  that position is untenable when we think of Pilate’s ironic remark, “What is truth”, even as he turned away from Truth Himself, and refused to look Him in the eye or grant Him the dignity of hearing His reply.

There can be no mercy apart from truth. Pilate was disinterested in truth but was acutely aware of his own power:  As Jesus stood before him, beaten and bound with chains, Pilate arrogantly reminded Him that, “I have power to crucify Thee, and I have power to release Thee”.

The passage calls to mind the humble words of the current occupant of the See of Peter at the close of the disastrous Synod, when he proclaimed that he is,  ” – by the will of Christ Himself – the ‘supreme Pastor and Teacher of all the faithful’ (who enjoys) “supreme, full, immediate, and universal ordinary power in the Church”.

But who is Pilate today?

The easy answer is the wretched man who has been set up in the See of Peter, but we see Pilate in every craven prelate who values his career more than the souls he shepherds; in every Bishop who artfully evades taking a stand against this brutal violence being done to the Church, the pure and holy Bride of Christ.

Our “Excellencies” can hide behind their splendid robes of office but they cannot evade the blood on their hands, the condemnation they bring on themselves for failing to defend “this just man” who is daily attacked so brutally by the current occupant of the See of Peter. Just as Pilate caved under pressure of public opinion, so too the self-serving prelates today, cave to the Vatican’s bullying.

We have now endured five hellish years of Pope Francis. And it was clear from the start; just three months into his reign, Pope Francis used his bully pulpit to declare, “When we go to confession, for example, it isn’t that we say our sin and God forgives us. No, not that! We look for Jesus Christ and say: ‘This is your sin, and I will sin again’. And Jesus likes that, because it was his mission: to become the sinner for us…” (news.va)  Among those who wear the scarlet or purple, who stood up for the Truth then? Tell me, why do they wear that color? And now, who do they really serve?

Indeed, Pilate is the Patron Saint of every Bishop, every Cardinal, all the “Excellencies” and “Eminences” so mindful of their vain titles (do they think to hide their withered souls behind them?) that they cannot meet the clear gaze of Him whom they betray.

There was and is a cold and bitter logic behind all this. For just as Pilate knew that his career depended upon acceding to the demands of the anti-Christ faction, so now, the ecclesiastics know their careers hinge upon their support for this Bergoglian Reformation, this passion and crucifixion of the Church.

“His blood be upon us and our children!”

Indeed. And so it is. For the salvation of many. And for the eternal damnation of many, many more.

In all this, Fatima is the key:

After the vision of Hell, Our Lady told the shepherd children,  “You have seen hell, where the souls of poor sinners go. To save them, God wishes to establish in the world devotion to My Immaculate Heart”.

Today, with the emissaries of Satan reigning even within the Church, again we hear, ever more insistently: “You have seen Hell.” Many today follow St. Pilate, patron of the expedient action. They will not look Truth in the eye. For they are all excellent and eminent in their own opinions; they all serve “truth” in their own way. They believe that with a small show of piety, some ambiguously worded platitudes, they can wash their hands of this innocent blood.

But for us, children of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, we hear her gentle reminder that to save this poor world rushing headlong into perdition,  “God wishes to establish in the world devotion to My Immaculate Heart.”

We too can say, “His blood be upon us!” For we know that in His Precious Blood is our salvation. And so we turn to the Immaculata knowing only she can help us at this late hour. She is the sure path given to us that we might reach the triumph of the Resurrection. She awaits us now, at the foot of the Cross.

Come, take up your rosaries, and we will confound satan and those who serve him and rescue many, many sinners.

A Pope who will sing the Te Deum

No longer in Rome

For so long now, the faith has suffered assault after assault, and still the awful humiliation and degradation of the Church continues unabated.  And yet we know that this is the providence of our Dear Lord, who endures these sufferings to allow us the extra time for penance, and for the conversion of sinners.  Think a moment, aren’t you much more aware of Our Lady’s message than you were four years ago? Don’t you know of people who have begun to awaken to the terrible crisis? We must remember that Our Lord is suffering far, far more than we are, and He is  doing it, as He always does, for the salvation of souls. Let us not forsake Him now when He needs us so much, but renew our penances, prayers, fasts and alms so that many souls may be saved in the midst of this satanic onslaught.

“And they realized they were no longer in Rome …”

St. John Bosco’s prophecy of the two pillars is fairly well known, but he also made another prophecy, which is related in the book by Rev. Gerald Culleton, “The Prophets and Our Times:

“And to you, Rome, what will happen? Ungrateful Rome! Effeminate Rome! proud Rome! …

“Rome! To you I will come four times! The first time, I shall strike your lands and the inhabitants thereof. The second time, I shall bring the massacre and the slaughter even to your very walls. And will you not yet open your eyes I shall come a third time and I shall beat down to the ground your defenses and the defenders and at the command of the Father, the reign of terror, of dreadful fear and of desolation shall enter into your city.

“But My wise men have now fled and My law is even now trampled underfoot. Therefore I will make a fourth visit. Woe to you if My law shall still be considered as empty words. There will be deceit and falsehood among both the learned and the ignorant. Your blood and that of your children will wash away your stains upon God’s Law. War, pestilence and famine are the rods to scourge men’s pride and wickedness. O wealthy men, where is your glory now, your estates, your palaces? They are rubble on the highways and byways. …

"And they realized they were no longer in Rome..."
“And they realized they were no longer in Rome…”

“It was a dark night. Men could no longer tell which way to take in order to return to their homes. Of a sudden there appeared in the heavens a very bright light that illuminated the steps of the travelers as though it were mid-day. At that moment there was seen a host of men and women, of young and old, of nuns, monks and priests with the Holy Father at the head. They were going out from the Vatican and were arranging themselves in line for a procession. “Then there came a furious storm which clouded that light somewhat and made it appear that light and darkness were engaged in battle. In the meantime, they arrived at a little square covered with dead and wounded, some of whom cried aloud and asked for help.

“Very many were dropping out of the line of procession. After having walked for a time that would correspond to two hundred risings of the sun (200 days) they all realized that they were no longer in Rome. Struck with fear they all ran to the Holy Father to defend him personally and to attend his wants. Instantly two angels were seen carrying a banner, going they presented it to the Holy Father and said: ‘Receive the banner of He Who fights and scatters the strongest armies of the world. Your enemies are dispersed. Your children with tears and sighs beg you to return.’ “Looking at the banner one could see written on one side, ‘Queen conceived without sin,’ and on the other side, ‘Help of Christians.’

“The Holy Father joyfully took the banner, but looking closely at the small number of those who remained with him, he became very sad. “The two angels added: ‘Go quickly to console your children. Write your brothers dispersed throughout the world that there must be a reform in the morals of men. That cannot be obtained except by distributing to the people the bread of the Divine Word. Catechize the children. Preach the detaching of the heart from the things that are of the earth. The time has come,’ concluded the two angels, ‘when the poor shall evangelize the people. Vocations will come from among those working with the spade, the axe, and the hammer to the end that they fulfill the words of David: ‘God has raised up the poor from the land in order to place them on the thrones of the princes of His people.

“Having heard that, the Holy Father began the march. The farther he went the greater did the procession behind increase. When finally he set foot in the Holy City, he wept bitter tears for the distress in which he found the people and the large number now missing.

As he entered St. Peter’s he intoned the ‘Te Deum’ to which a choir of angels replied singing: ‘Glory to God in the highest and on earth peace to men of good will. “With the ending of the hymn, there came an end to the thick darkness and the sun shone with a brightness all its own. (From Rev. Gerald Culleton, The Prophets and Our Times, Kindle Edition, by KIC)

Just a few notes on this prophecy:

  • Note the mention of darkness, confusion, the impression that “light and darkness were engaged in battle.” An apt description of this current age of apostasy.
  • When the Pope and those faithful to him left Rome (journeying to the peripheries perhaps?), they passed by faithful Catholics wounded and dying and took note of them, but there is no mention of offering them aid, is there?
  • As the Pope advanced farther from Rome, very many dropped out. The farther the Pope gets from the true dogmas of the Faith, the less Catholics are inclined to follow, as we see in the grim statistics marking the withering “Springtime” of Vatican II.
  • But the most significant portion of the prophecy is when the two angels appear to tell the Pope: ‘Receive the banner of He Who fights and scatters the strongest armies of the world. Your enemies are dispersed. Your children with tears and sighs beg you to return.’ “Looking at the banner one could see written on one side, ‘Queen conceived without sin,’ and on the other side, ‘Help of Christians.’ In this, as in his prophecy of the Two Pillars, St. John Bosco affirms that Christ the King prefers to conquer through means of His Most Blessed Mother. The banner of Christ the King bears two of her titles: The first, “conceived without sin” is of course, the Immaculate Conception and the second title is also very informative, Mary Help of Christians, Our Lady of Victory. That is her title for vanquishing the Muslims, which will be accomplished at her last apparition at Fatima to end the Islamist war on Christians.

Please, pray the Rosary and confound the devil and those who serve him!

“Have in mind therefore in what manner thou hast received and heard: and observe, and do penance. If then thou shalt not watch, I will come to thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know at what hour I will come to thee.” (Apoc. 3,3).

The Wrath of the Lamb 2018

We originally posted “The Wrath of the Lamb” several years ago. As the dreary Bergoglian pontificate drags on,  we begin to wonder when we shall see this Wrath. Patience.

The Wrath of the Lamb

“And they say to the mountains and the rocks, ‘Fall upon us, and hide us from the face of Him that sitteth upon the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb.”

Far from being frightening, the above verse is meant to be a consolation. Indeed, the entire Apocalypse is God’s gift of consolation to Christians who are perennially in danger of being swept up in the maelstrom of the spiritual battle to destroy the Church. In a similar way, Our Blessed Mother’s  true messages, from the beginning of the Age of Apostasy have been both a Mother’s stern warning and a promise of her provision for us. Yes, she shows us hell and the dire consequences of disobedience, but she also promises us she will be our sure path to eternal life with Jesus our Lord.

Now that we have a truly hellish situation, an apostate pope and a weak and faithless hierarchy unable or unwilling to confront him or otherwise defend the faith, we look to the Apocalypse and to the Messages of Our Immaculate Mother, to seek guidance and consolation.

Do you remember Father Amorth’s warning that unless the Pope and Bishops obeyed Our Lady of Fatima and consecrated Russia in October, the Chastisement would begin in earnest? And now it is clear to see: This is what the spiritual chastisement of the Church is. It is here now. You have the Pope and the Bishops extolling the “virtues” of Martin Luther, the vulgar and despicable heresiarch. And the Pope’s representative proclaiming  marxism in the gigantic slave state of China a veritable utopia. Thus they mock Our Lord Himself, to kick Him as He falls beneath this heavy cross.

To those who are paying attention, this is a terrifying time, as we await the denouement that is looming ever larger. These times are both surpassingly sad, and frightening. We know that the arrogant misuse of the teaching authority of the Church will bring, in God’s own time, His justice. In St. John’s Apocalypse, this is referred to as the “Wrath of the Lamb”. In Father Herman Kramer’s “Book of Destiny“, of Apocalypse, Chapter 6, verses 15-17, we read:

“And the kings of the earth, and the princes, and tribunes, and the rich, and the strong, and every bondman, and every freeman, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of mountains:
And they say to the mountains and the rocks: Fall upon us, and hide us from the face of Him that sitteth upon the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb: For the great day of their wrath is come, and who shall be able to stand?”

Notice that St. John enumerates seven categories of society: kings, princes, tribunes, the rich, the strong, bondmen and freemen. In the present case, the use of the numeral seven denotes a fullness and may be applied here to the fullness of the visible hierarchy of the Church, from Pope on down. In these seven categories, what is missing? The strong and the rich are included, while the weak and the poor are not! That is because the faithful, who are cast out by the heretics who appear to control the Church, are the poor and the weak, powerless in this satanic takeover.

As the hidden message of Fatima indicated, the apostasy infects the very top all the way down. In this corrupt milieu, only the faithful are made unwelcome. And what happens to these who betray Christ and pervert His teachings?

They will hide themselves and beg the mountains and rocks to fall upon them. Anything to hide them from the face of God, and from the wrath of the Lamb of God, the very Saviour they have betrayed. Now we must ask, how shall this come to pass? For the answer, we must look to our history. This passage in Chapter 6 has often (rightly) been applied to the Arian heresy, and is even more applicable in this age of the Bergoglian Reformation.

Father Kramer reminds us that those who believe in Him need never fear Our Lord’s judgments, for these “little ones”, the faithful, belong to Him and they draw even closer to His – and their – Blessed Mother during this time of trial. In contrast to the faithful, ” the heretics and hypocrites who live an earthly life and are of the earth.” do fear His wrath.

The term, “Wrath of the Lamb” indicates a severe judgment on prelates for Eucharistic abuses. It indicates a fearsome reprisal for those who desecrate the Eucharist, not merely the laymen, but particularly the hierarchy to whom Our Lord has entrusted His Sacred Mysteries and who shamelessly betray Him.

Fr. Kramer: “The Arian bishops and priests sought the honors and income of the Catholic Church for their enjoyment and aggrandizement and accepted their appointments from the emperors.”

Put into today’s context, they sought the approval of the world even to the point of denying Christ and His teachings. This is rightly applied to the Pope and Cardinals who bask in the approval of the rulers of this world who serve the enemy of Christ, the Lord of this World.

“They denied the divinity of Christ. This implicitly denied the belief in the Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist. The Lamb now comes upon them in judgment. Hence they fear His wrath. Before the (barbarian) invasions they spread Arianism among the barbarians. But in the turmoil of the invasions, Arianism almost disappeared. The Vandals adhered to it, but their kingdom was destroyed by the Greeks, and the nation later vanished under Saracen conquest. The Visigoths clung to it for a while but also fell under the sway of the Saracens for seven hundred years. Arianism was thus rooted out by the barbarian invasions and Mohammedanism, and the unity of Christendom was saved until the sixteenth century. (In which Luther and Henry VIII emerged to persecute the faith anew).

In the sad scenario before us today, we see that the corrupted leadership of the Church cannot save themselves, much less the faith. To understand what God may do, our guide is the true and reliable Catholic prophecy we have been given. It is quite possible that the next steps in the chastisement will be as Father Kramer describes in his commentary on Chapter 6, that is, invading hordes of Islam to sack and scourge unfaithful Rome, to cleanse the filth from the Church. If we are to believe Sister Lucia’s vision of the chastisement and Our Lady of Akita’s message, – and we should! – Then we see that this scourge will be accompanied by tremendous upheavals of nature, wiping out a great deal of mankind.

Are we then to give in to paralyzing fear? No, for we are after all, Mary’s children, and we draw closer to her in times of trial, trusting to her to abide in Christ in all things. As the chastisement overflows from the spiritual realm into the realm of this world, affecting cultures, nations, and nature, we look to her, as the eyes of a handmaid are on the hands of her mistress.

The Wrath of the Lamb is both a warning and a promise to those who heed it. As Our Lord said, they will obey, “but it will be late”. We have all heard it said that, the later the obedience, the greater the chastisement, Watch what Francis and his destroyers do, they now believe themselves invincible and this was perhaps, inevitable, for “pride goeth before destruction”, doesn’t it? As the spiritual chastisement continues, and intensifies, we will all suffer greatly, but some will suffer unto eternal glory, while some … will not… and so we pray for them, the poor lost souls of our leaders, for their sake and for the souls of so many.

Immaculate Heart of Mary, Queen of our hearts, Mother of the Church, do thou offer to the Eternal Father the Precious Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ, for the conversion of poor sinners, especially our Pontiff.

Most Precious Blood of Jesus, save us, save our priests.
Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us.
Joseph protect our families, protect our priests.
St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle.
Remember, pray the rosary and confound the devil!

The Sixth Trumpet Update 2018

In 2016, we posted “The Sixth Trumpet”. Today, I’d like to take a few excerpts from that post and put them with excerpts from an article on “Gates of Vienna”,  titled, “The Islamization of Europe: The Evidence”.  Perhaps we may discover a trend…

“One woe is past, and behold there come yet two woes more hereafter. And the sixth angel sounded the trumpet:” (Apoc. 9,  12)
[13] … and I heard a voice from the four horns of the great altar, which is before the eyes of God, [14] Saying to the sixth angel, who had the trumpet: Loose the four angels, who are bound in the great river Euphrates. [15] And the four angels were loosed, who were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year: for to kill the third part of men.

[16] And the number of the army of horsemen was twenty thousand times ten thousand. And I heard the number of them. [17] And thus I saw the horses in the vision: and they that sat on them, had breastplates of fire and of hyacinth and of brimstone, and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions: and from their mouths proceeded fire, and smoke, and brimstone. [18] And by these three plagues was slain the third part of men, by the fire and by the smoke and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths. [19] For the power of the horses is in their mouths, and in their tails. For, their tails are like to serpents, and have heads: and with them they hurt. [20] And the rest of the men, who were not slain by these plagues, did not do penance from the works of their hands, that they should not adore devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and wood, which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:

[21] Neither did they penance from their murders, nor from their sorceries, nor from their fornication, nor from their thefts. (Apocalypse Chapter 9, verses 13-21)

With the Sixth  Trumpet, we are introduced to the most severe chastisement so far. St. John himself seems to expect disbelief at the vastness of it, for when he announces that the army of horsemen numbers “20,000 times 10,000”, that is, 200,000,000, he quickly asserts, “And I heard the number of them”, thus confirming this number is from the Holy Ghost, and not his own conjecture.

And so, at the behest of the Voice from the Great Altar, the four angels from beneath the Euphrates are loosed upon mankind. As we have remarked before, four is a number of universality, and indicates how extensive this woe will be. Father Sylvester Berry believes these four angels may be the same four angels of Chapter 7, “to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea” and who were commanded not to hurt the earth, the sea or the trees until the servants of God were signed on their foreheads. (Apoc. 7, 2-3). I will expand on this later, if able.

Fr. Berry remarks that the increasing severity of chastisements corresponds with the increase of iniquity. These accelerating woes portend the nearness of the coming of the Antichrist. This woe is announced for a very definite time, i.e., “an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year”, thus emphasising that the precise day and hour is determined by God alone. And the task? “For to kill the third part of men.”

The vastness of the multitude of killers, 200,000,000, indicates an universal revolution and Father Kramer’s Book of Destiny speculates that these murderous horsemen may be Muslims. In an earlier post, “Islam and the Errors of Russia”, we stated that Islam is actually a part of the scourge of the errors of Russia, which resulted from the Pope’s failure to Consecrate that poor country.  And now, when we view these horsemen in the light of the Message of Fatima, we see that they represent the full vengeance of the errors of Russia (dialectical materialism, atheistic marxism) wreaked upon mankind, including the violence of Islamic persecution with nothing to mitigate its wrath. With the uncontested islamic immigration, we see the stage being set for a war of unprecedented violence.

There is no human force that can withstand, much less conquer this chastisement, but only the merciful intervention of the Immaculate Virgin Mary, when the Pope and remaining hierarchy, chastened at last, obey God in all humility and obedience and finally Consecrate Russia as requested.

Now let’s update with some new information from a couple of sites that discuss the “ummah”.

First, this quote from a prominent Islamic scholar:

O Allah, we are here to make Da’wah….“Our duty is not only to be a good person as an individual. It is also a good duty to train ourselves in organizational structure, and to be, for example, a part of Ummah [Muslim nation] and any organization in which we are working, we are supposed to serve the Ummah [Muslim nation], to bring the Ummah [Muslim nation] back [to its glorious era]….. Islam as a solution for humanity. (Sheikh Dr. Iqbal Al-Hadvi in Canada, who called for da’wah and a replacement of democracy with sharia law.)

You see, islam does not recognise any law but its own, nor any national borders set by non-muslims. Hence, the more than 20,000,000  muslims now occupying the 28 counties of the European union consider it their right to go where they will and to  eliminate any hindrances from non-muslims.  To explain further, we offer the illuminating words of  Turkish President Erdogan as quoted by Gates of Vienna:

In 2017 the Turkish President was upset that he and his representatives were not allowed to travel to Holland during the Turkish national election. Understandable, really, when you understand than the Ummah tolerates no borders.

President Erdogan stated, “I can travel anywhere I like with a diplomatic passport”. Insulted, he also added: “Who do they think they are? They have 40,000 soldiers in their Army.  I have 400,000 Turks living there.”— Recep Tayyip Erdogan (2017)

And, it was Erdogan who recited the following threat in 1998 “The mosques are our barracks, the domes our helmets, the minarets our bayonets and the faithful our soldiers…”— Recep Tayyip Erdogan (1998). Quoted  from Gates of Vienna here.

Their informative post asserts that the 28 countries of Europe are already islamicised and provides the figures to back their assertion.  For instance: The conservative number of muslims in the European Union as of last year is 20, 000,000.  And it is increasing exponentially.  In England, for instance, “The Ummah population in Britain has grown from 105,000 in 1960 to five million in just 60 years. A 47-fold increase in the size of the Ummah in just 60 years.”

“Within the EU, the Ummah can move unhindered. Nation states that refuse to allow entry into their territories are ostracised and penalised by the European Union, which has at least two further candidate Islamic countries, Albania and Turkey (100 million Muslims) awaiting membership.”

The Gates of Vienna article concludes,  “…Can Europe really still be called European? When a completely foreign ideological and cultural population exceeds that of 25 indigenous peoples?”

Now we return to “The Sixth Trumpet”. Speaking of the vast number of horsemen, and quoting from Fr. Berry:

The riders and their horses, “inflict upon men the plagues of fire, smoke, sulfur. The fire is persecution and war. Smoke symbolizes obscuring of doctrine and the weakening of faith; sulfur, the moral depravity which follows.”

Note that St. John here states that, “the power of the horses is in their mouths, and in their tails. For, their tails are like to serpents, and have heads: and with them they hurt.” Serpents have always been symbols of lying and hypocrisy, which characterize the enemies within the Church, that is the Lavender/St. Gallen “Mafia” of Cardinal Danneels and Bergoglio.

Today,  the Church is occupied by the same errors of Russia, i.e., atheistic marxism, dialectical materialism, warned of by Our Lady of the Rosary nearly a century ago.   Thus is the Church suffering through a betrayal such as never before seen, while the majority of Catholics are indifferent.

The horses and their riders exemplify violent power, extensive, all-pervasive propaganda and heretofore unheard-of abuses against the faith and persecutions of the faithful. Those who survive will be still further separated; the faithful who are marked with the sign of faith will be strengthened, while those of the world will persist with even harder hearts, for they, “did not do penance from the works of their hands”, that is, they continued blaspheming, lying and committing all manner of fornication, murder and idolatry.

Father Berry tells us that the state of sin persists even after the plague of the murderous horsemen has passed, and will continue,

“until the Church is fully prepared to carry through with God’s special direction and help overthrow the reign of evil and the conquest of the world for Christ.”

The apocalyptic 200,000,000 horsemen include, along with those of the ummah, all those who will engage in the decisive battle, that is marxists of all sorts, including especially those within the Church. Pope Francis and all who follow him have chosen the side they are on.  Through their unnatural lusts for false doctrine and depravity, through their ingrained deceit and arrogance, they have usurped the positions of power in the visible church which has eclipsed but cannot destroy the true Church for she is the Bride of Christ. Therefore it is wholly consistent that Pope Francis has taken sides with diabolical marxism against the true Catholic remnant in China and with the islamic war against Christians throughout the world. This will, in time, come to the Vatican and we shall see the  entirely predicable effects of the Pope’s “merciful” policies towards the enemies of God.

While the material chastisement of the horsemen is looming on the near horizon, the pope of our chastisement is pursuing the demolition of the faith and the nearly total destruction of the channels of sanctifying grace with brutal intensity.

Both the material and the spiritual chastisements will continue apace until mankind repents, however few remain. The longer that God is disobeyed, the more spiritual assistance will be withdrawn and the ancient enemy will appear to prevail everywhere.  We are approaching rapidly the time when we will have to rely on the Rosary and the level of consecration to Jesus through the Immaculate Heart of Mary that we have achieved.
It will no longer be a matter of growing in grace but of a gritty determination to remain faithful through our consecrations to the Immaculate Heart of Mary.  With the ever-increasing power of satan in the world, distractions and disorientation will provide immense obstacles to those attempting to remain faithful.
Watch and pray,

“Have in mind therefore in what manner thou hast received and heard: and observe, and do penance. If then thou shalt not watch, I will come to thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know at what hour I will come to thee.” (Apoc. 3,3).

Pray the Rosary and confound satan and all those who serve him.

~ by evensong for love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ, King.
Vouchsafe that I may praise thee, O Sacred Virgin! Give me strength against thine enemies!

The Seven Trumpets 2018

As we promised, we continue with our re-postings on the Message of Fatima in the light of Sacred Scripture and Catholic Prophecy. From June 2015:

Seven Trumpets

Prior to Fatima, Our Lady appeared at Quito, La Salette, Knock and (after Fatima) at Akita, all of which had a common thread of dire warning. Even though the apparition at Knock was silent, its prophetic relevance is clear from our perspective after 50 years of modernist “renewal”. Let’s start with Pope Paul’s Trumpets: In an interview with the Italian newspaper Avvenire, French writer Jean Guitton, a close friend of Pope Paul VI, recalled this interesting bit of history,

“It was the final session of the Council, the most essential in which the Pope was to bestow upon all humanity the teachings of the Council. He announced this to me with these words, ‘I am about to blow the Seven Trumpets of the Apocalypse.’ “ (Interview, 11 October, 1992, cited in the excellent book, Animus Delendi – I, by Atila Sinke Guimaraes).

Now, the source of this quote, Avvenire,  is the newspaper of the Italian Episcopal Conference, so it is fairly safe to assume the integrity of the information. Although Guitton seemed to think little of the remark, later mentioning that the Apocalypse speaks of the triumph of the Church, that is not exactly what is referred to in the passage cited by Pope Paul VI. The Angels and Trumpets are introduced in Chapter 8, “And I saw seven angels standing in the presence of God; and there were given to them seven trumpets.”  The Angels  and Trumpets and the events they usher in are  severe chastisements, foretelling in symbolic language widespread heresy, apostasy, violent wars and persecutions, and earthquakes.

Later, 29 June, 1972 on the occasion of the Ninth Anniversary of his election, Paul Paul lamented,

“We believed that after the [Second Vatican] Council would come a day of sunshine in the history of the Church. But instead there has come a day of clouds and storms, and of darkness …  “And how did this come about? We will confide to you the thought that maybe we ourselves admit in free discussion, that may be unfounded, and that is that there has been a power, an adversary power. Let us call him by his name: the Devil. … It is as if from some mysterious crack, no, it is not mysterious, from some crack the smoke of Satan has entered the Temple of God.”

Pope Paul’s quote comes from the Apocalypse, Chapter 9, verses 1-2:

His Humble Legacy 2

A few weeks ago, in “His Humble Legacy“, we wrote about the miserable status of the piazza and colonade area in the Vatican, quoting from an article by Anthony Wagner on Lifesite News.

“The … appearance of the seagulls, who scavenge on any filth they can find, is actually not new to St. Peter’s Square during this pontificate. In the adjoining piazza and around the colonnade, passers-by have been shocked at the degradation and squalor that emerges there at night. The seagulls descend on the headquarters of the Church and pick at rubbish bins, leaving debris strewn across the sidewalks and roads.

“The homeless are allowed to bed down under main thoroughfares and archways, on the outskirts of the colonnade and in front of the Holy See press office. Often they are drunk and disorderly, sometimes threatening passing tourists hoping to get a shot of the basilica.”

Wagner notes that Pope Francis has “created a culture of homelessness around the Vatican” and then remarks that  “Some have called the miserable scene ‘apocalyptic.’

“And yet the general waste and degeneration, the screaming, scavenging birds circling over the Vatican like a dead carcass, is perhaps highly symbolic of this pontificate, one that many see leading the Church in the direction of a kind of death. And all the time that the degradation and squalor continue in the Church — both physically and morally — no one is really speaking up and coming to her rescue.”

The instances of the venomous nature of the reign of Pope Francis are becoming too numerous to mention but Sandro Magister has a post that must not be ignored. I hope that other blogs will pick this up and give it some exposure. Magister has a heart rending article by Professor Pietro de Marco , San Marco Must Not Die,  on the impending loss of an irreplaceable monument of the Faith. the Dominicans are working assiduously to shut down the Convent of San Marco in Florence, Italy.  I give you a teaser quote in the hope you will give it a few moments of your time:

The shutdown of the convent of San Marco in Florence has been confirmed by a recent new resolution, in July of 2017, from the chapter of the Roman province of the Dominican fathers, which includes central Italy and Sardinia.

The shutdown, first deliberated in September of 2013 and then postponed, now also stipulates:

– the loss of the identity and functions of the “Levasti” Library, unique in Florence for its library collection in religious studies and its network of intellectual relations;
– the downsizing to online distribution only of the “Rivista di Ascetica e Mistica,” created in 1929;
– an uncertain fate for the historic Pharmacy;
– in short, practically an obliteration that has the strange flavor of a “damnatio memoriae” that has fallen upon the last Dominican generations of San Marco.

It may in fact escape one who does not know the recent history of the Florentine and Italian Church that San Marco appeared to become the focus, in the second half of the twentieth century, of a resistance of high intellectual and spiritual quality, as of an incisive polemical and critical “vis,” against the direction taken by the Catholic Church after the council, markedly in Florence but everywhere else as well.

It was a resistance made up simultaneously of the continuity of the study of Saint Thomas (with Fathers Centi and Boccanegra) and by the history of spiritual and mystical forms (with Father Colosio). Reasons more than sufficient, in the current climate of the Church, to finally decree the extinction of the “conventus,” meaning both the house and community of San Marco, and the obliteration of its memory.

There is a link in the article to the online petition if you are inclined.

The subject of the withdrawal of God’s grace has been covered here often, and the impending shut-down of the Dominican Convent of San Marco is just one more step, I suppose. But it just struck me so poignantly. To our regular readers, you, I know, you at least understand that even as the apostates who now occupy the leadership of the Church are hellbent on destroying every vestige of grace, beauty and truth, we must work even harder to believe, adore, hope and love (as the Angel urged us) and draw Our Beloved Lord’s grace and mercy back to this suffering Church.

The success of the enemy occurs not just because he is so powerful, but because of the indifference of most Catholics.  It leaves the greater burden to us, but we are Mary’s children, after all. And we are not without powerful weapons of our own – our Mother’s  Rosary, her brown scapular, her miraculous medal, and our good Saint Joseph. The most fortunate of us have good priests and the true Mass, and thus the Blessed Sacrament; but even when we do not have them, and many do not, we have spiritual Mass and Holy Communion. I have found that the more that is taken away from me by the world, the more generously prayers are heard. Our Lord is never closer to us that when we take up our crosses with the sweet love that pleases Him so.

I hope that you all know that none of us is ever alone! We have all the glorious saints and martyrs with us, and in every prayer     to Our Lady, we have the Father, Son and Holy Ghost and all the choirs of Angels with us. Can you imagine for a moment how awfully dark and dismal if must have been as our Lord Jesus Christ died on Calvary?  Just think how terribly desolate that scene is! And yet, right then, Our Lord was winning! Not the devil. No, he is a loser for all eternity, no matter how victorious he seems right now. We must take heart, and take up our Rosaries in renewed faith and pour out our love and our trust in Him, trusting to our Blessed Mother of Mercy and her promise.

Please, now more than ever, Pray the Rosary and confound satan and those who serve him.

NOTE: For yet another dismal incident confirming the intent of the ancient enemy now occupying the Vatican, see Rorate Caeli’s  newest post, “The Franciscans of the Immaculate: A courageous voice speaks out”  by Father Paolo Siano,  wherein Father Siano documents the  damnatio memoriae, which  current occupiers of the persecuted order are attempting to plant among the new FI . The enemy is consistent and unrelenting. Should we be less?

Convergence

In an earlier post “How long, O Lord, How Long” from April 2015, we wrote:

Our Lord told Sister Lucia in an apparition in Rianjo, Spain in the summer of 1931, “Make it known to My ministers, given that they follow the example of the King of France in delaying the execution of My command (to consecrate Russia), they will follow him into misfortune. It is never too late to have recourse to Jesus and Mary.

Sister Lucia reported later that Our Lord also complained to her, They did not wish to heed My request! … Like the King of France they will repent of it, and they will do it, but it will be late. Russia will have already spread its errors in the world, provoking wars and persecutions against the Church. The Holy Father will have much to suffer.” (from Fatima.org)

Our Lord was referring to His request to King Louis XIV of France on June 17, 1689 to solemnly consecrate his country to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Our Lord made His request known through St. Margaret Mary Alacoque and no French King publicly obeyed the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Eventually, on June 17, 1789, 100 years later, King Louis XVI was stripped of his power by the National Assembly and less than four years later, was beheaded. It is said that while he was in the Bastille, King Louis XVI attempted to consecrate France, but by that time, of course, it was far too late to achieve the desired results.

Also, in that post we observed that Pope Francis would use the Synod to force through his “irreversible changes” just prior to the Centenary of Fatima. We noted that the centenary of Fatima coincides with three other anniversaries, all of which are  inimical  to the Faith, that is,  the 500th anniversary of Luther’s Revolution, the 300th anniversary of the establishment of Freemasonry and the 100th anniversary of the Russian Revolution.   Quite a convergence of historical forces.

In  our last post,  on  January 26, we concluded,

The reason for this repost right now is to help readers to understand that a deadline has passed. In the earlier instance in France, passing the deadline resulted in: the horrific Reign of Terror of the French Revolution, the destruction of the French monarchy, a further step in the destruction of Christendom which had begun with  Luther’s revolt and lastly, the leap in power of the occult forces which appear to be all but fully in control now.

Which leads to the inevitable question – what “irreversible” chain of events has now been set in motion?

The Centenary of Fatima – A Convergence

Of the four anniversaries marked in 2017, three commemorated the powers that war against Christ, His Church and His Immaculate Mother.  The three occult powers – freemasonry, protestantism and marxism,  form a diabolical trinity of their own and now seem to be coalescing and gaining strength against the Woman.  For the moment, they appear on the ascendency.

Although freemasonry publicly claims its founding in 1717, that is a masterful deception for this society which lives by deceit. It was from this synagogue of satan that the protestant revolution and the marxist revolution were financed and sustained.

And so we see that 2017 was a momentous occasion, wherein the battle lines were more clearly drawn as the forces assembled.  It might seem a bit daunting, this Woman against the staggering  array of dark forces which now appear to control even the Church. But we recall Lepanto, where thousands of battle hardened mohammedan warriors fled in terror at the sight of the Woman looming up before them, high above  the vast fleet. Our Lady of the Rosary vanquished the enemy at Lepanto as  the small but brave fleet of Christendom admitted afterwards. It was She and her Rosary that won the day, make no mistake.

The Vicar of Christ  Leads the Way

As the forces coalesce and align for the momentous battle, one would expect to see  the Vicar of Christ lead His Church to celebrate  the Immaculata,  Our Lady of Victory, rallying her children for the battle, helping to lead them to victory.  But what did this  Humble Pope of Surprises®  do instead?

The unfortunate  man who now occupies the See of Peter did lead his decimated and confused flock; but where? In the entire centenary year, where did Pope Francis lead the Church? Why he went to Fatima!

 The Pope Goes to Fatima

Pope Francis travelled to Fatima Portugal for a two day visit May 12- 13, 2017 for the canonization of the two youngest of the Fatima seers, Francisco and Jacinta Marto.

On May 12: The Pope asked tens of thousands of pilgrims to reflect on “which Mary” they choose to venerate, “the virgin Mary from the Gospel” or “one who restrains the arm of a vengeful God?”

Note the Pope’s dishonest rhetorical device  –  a loaded question leading his audience to conclude that one must choose between the “Mary of the Gospel” or the Mary depicted at  the vision of the Third Secret of Fatima. The Pope’s reference to “one who restrains the arm of a vengeful God”  refers to the Vatican’s own text of the Third Secret released in June 2000:

“at the left of Our Lady and a little above, we saw an Angel with a flaming sword in his left hand; flashing, it gave out flames that looked as though they would set the world on fire; but they died out in contact with the splendour that Our Lady radiated towards him from her right hand: pointing to the earth with his right hand, the Angel cried out in a loud voice: ‘Penance, Penance, Penance!’ “

Pope Francis’s remark is thus an attack on Our Lady of Fatima and an attack against the teaching of Our Lord Jesus Christ Himself. For the public ministry of Our Lord began with His call to penance (“From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say: Do penance, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.” Matthew 3, 17) and the the last book of the Bible, the Apocalypse also contains Our Lord’s call to penance and warning of chastisement (“Such as I love, I rebuke and chastise. Be zealous therefore, and do penance.” Apoc. 3, 19).

In a subsequent talk, he continued to abuse the Blessed Virgin and her Message of Fatima,

Those who emphasise God’s punishment of sinners, he said, commit “a great injustice” to him by not recognising that sinners “are forgiven by his mercy.”  … “Mercy has to be put before judgment,” he said, “and, in any case, God’s judgment will always be rendered in the light of his mercy.”… “With Mary, may each of us become a sign and sacrament of the mercy of God, who pardons always and pardons everything,” he said.

Note his charge, “Those who emphasise God’s punishment of sinners”. This applies to Our Lady of Fatima who revealed the reality of hell and the eternal punishment of sinners  in a frightening vision and warned the children, “You have seen hell, where the souls of poor sinners go.”   Thus, the pope accused God’s own most Blessed Mother of committing “a  great injustice” to God. In this, he managed to attack both Our Lady and her Message of Fatima. And, as always, he never mentions sin or the need for penance.

On the papal airplane, ostensibly speaking of the false apparitions at Medjugorje, he struck at her yet  again,

“I prefer Our Lady as mother, our mother, and not Our Lady as head of the post office who sends a message at a stated time.” …
“This isn’t Jesus’ mother,” he said. “And these alleged apparitions don’t have much value. I say this as a personal opinion, but it is clear. Who thinks that Our Lady says, ‘Come, because tomorrow at this time I will give a message to that seer?‘ No!”

Now, we all know that long before the deception of Medjugorje, Our Lady of the Rosary instructed the children of Fatima to come to the same place, at the same time for six months to receive her message.

It was quite  clever of Pope Francis to embed his criticism of Our Lady of Fatima into his criticism of the false apparitions of Medjugorje, wasn’t it?  So that was how Pope Bergoglio began the commemoration of the Centenary of Our Lady of Fatima in May.  And so we see that Francis was leading his flock in his speeches at Fatima.   And his flock, all over the world, appeared to follow docilely; other than a few rigid, pharisaical trads, few took note of this  and in parishes everywhere, there was rejoicing among the dwindling flock that Pope Francis had “honored” Our Lady of Fatima on her 100th anniversary.

Then, in  October,  we commemorated  the final month of the Fatima visits.  Or did we?

What honor did Pope Francis surprise us with to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the great Miracle of the Sun at Fatima?  I know, perhaps he honored her with a stamp?

Not exactly.

The Pope’s Achievement

As October drew to a close Pope Francis chose instead of honoring Our Lady of the Rosary to honor one of her most vitriolic enemies,  once again offending Our Lord Jesus Christ and His most Blessed Mother, this time in a formal and unmistakable manner:

For the centennial of Our Lady of Fatima, Pope Francis issued a commemorative postage stamp.  Oops, actually he didn’t.

Actually, Pope Francis instead honored the arch-heretic Martin Luther, who destroyed so many souls by preaching many of the same errors spouted by this very same Pope.  The stamp pictures a crucifixion scene from which the Mother of God has been erased and her place given to Luther. St. John is erased too, and supplanted by Philip Melancthon, the heretic who assisted Luther in his work of destruction.

And that brings us to the close of the year as Pope Francis and his Lavender Mafia used the holy feast ofChristmas to celebrate their triumph with the sordid squalor of their “Nativity Scene” in St. Peter’s Square.

Bergoglio’s Vatican Celebrates the Fallen Star

As we see, the Pope continues to lead: he has insisted, quite rigidly, I might add, on his magisterial interpretation of Amoris Laetitia allowing those persistent in mortal sin to receive the Body and Blood of Christ in the Blessed Sacrament.

And  he has firmly stood by his choice of the disgusting pederast-enabler Juan Barros in Chile.  And again,  he has refused to rescind the the honor he awarded a notorious international abortion promoter, Lilianne Ploumen, who is one of the world’s most virulent abortion promotors.  For more on Ploumen’s work, see here.

Now, in 2018 as we look back over the events of 2017, we see clearly where Pope Francis is leading the Church.  But very few Bishops and even fewer Cardinals will stand up and speak the truth to the faithful. In fact, the vast majority of them follow along, bleating and tweeting  docilely. And just as in the example we were given by Our Lord Himself, these events are little noted as the dark tide of history sweeps past, hastening to its inevitable conclusion.

And what of the faithful? Many drift away into various methods of insulating themselves from the stresses of this intense spiritual combat, comforting themselves with devotions which do not require sacrifice.  Many others drift into a narcissistic devotion to their own infallibility, blind to the snare that befell Luther, they attack faithful Catholics, lacking the humility to subject themselves to any authority but their own. In this, they resemble protestants much more than the faithful Catholics they purport to be.

Let them go, let them continue to tweet and post pictures of themselves and their food on facebook for their gullible followers. The time of winnowing passes  rapidly.

And all shall be well
And all manner of thing shall be well…

For the love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray the Rosary!
