“Spread the word”

NOTE: Readers are tired of me writing posts like the following one, and I am discouraged to repeat myself, so the following will likely be my last attempt in this regard. From here on out, just read Jeremias. That man warned God’s Chosen people for many years and they despised him and his message. They preferred their own ways, which did not involve acknowledging any sin on their part, any need for repentance or reparation. Eventually the chastisement so long withheld caught up with them, devastation and desolation followed and a chastened people received a period of peace. It is ever the same. Worldly people prefer worldly remedies for their problems. When the problems are spiritual, this is never a good idea.

And when the secular solutions totally ignore the urgent Message from God’s own Mother, it only makes greater suffering for all. All.

Regarding the growing movement to declare that, “Francis is an anti-pope, Benedict is the true pope. Spread the word.”

In an article from September 2015, Was Pope Benedict SWIFTed?”  we concluded that it certainly appears that Benedict resigned under duress and we noted that the SWIFT banking system is located in Belgium, the same country where now deceased Cardinal Danneels, a leader in the St. Gallen/Lavender Mafia, still at that time, retained great power.

It is quite logical to conclude that the enemies of the Church have conspired to put a “man after their own hearts” – and very dark are those hearts indeed! – into the papacy. And Jorge Mario Bergoglio is certainly the brutal destroyer they have longed for.

The problem in all this is the simplistic attitude that we can all unite and remove this “false pope” as though we were merely taking out the garbage. The Church is the creation of Our Lord Jesus Christ Who built it upon the rock of the papacy, an absolute monarchy. That was not some kind of “Divine mistake”! This absolute monarchy means that God reserves to Himself the final right to remove an errant pope.

The purpose of a spiritual chastisement is to humble the faithful when they have become arrogant and disobedient. That is, to call us to return humbly and with contrite hearts, to a childlike dependence on God, for we are called to be His children, and He did not give us His permission to run the Church. We are foolish if we think that we are exempt from following the commands of Our Lady of Fatima, and free to follow our own will.

How many of leaders of this movement to “spread the news that Francis is a false pope and Benedict is the true pope”, have exerted any effort to spread the news that Our Lady has called for Consecration to her Immaculate Heart and First Saturdays of Reparation? All Bishops should be involved in promoting First Saturdays of Reparation and the daily Rosary – real Rosary! – and all of the Fatima message?

And why have they not done this? Do they not realize that until they obey Our Lady their efforts will only mislead the faithful? Do they realize what this means for their eternal souls, and the souls of so many others?

Catholics today are being chastised by God. Pope Francis and his band of reprobates are the ultimate spiritual chastisement. Now, when God chastises you, He always makes it very clear what you need to do to make things right. In all of salvation history, there has never been a time when God simply struck out at people without a cause.

For centuries now, God in His infinite mercy has given us many, many opportunities to understand His will and to repent and return to Him. It is truly shameful to see so many people who proclaim themselves “faithful Catholics”, many of them recognised as leaders of the faithful, who insist on taking secular means of remedying a spiritual problem.

When they do this, they are focusing on the problem and ignoring the cause.

That does not at all rule out the need for action. Not at all! It means that until hearts are turned, and Our Lady’s message at Fatima is fulfilled, the worldly methods will not only fail to be effective, they will exacerbate the problem.

Until Our Lady of Fatima is obeyed every worldly action taken will backfire. And obstinacy in this regard will wreak havoc on the immortal souls of those who persist in error.

We now are living through exactly the horrid situation foretold by  Father Malachi Martin which I described in Malachi Martin’s Three Possibilities. Please readers, re-read that post! I wrote it three years ago, and Fr. Martin wrote it decades ago and yet it is more relevant now than ever before.

  • Father Martin stated that the first possibility is if a sizable body of Roman Catholics, clergy and laity, become convinced, rightly or wrongly, that Pope was not elected validly.
  • The second is similar; if a sizable body of Catholics become convinced that the Pope has become a heretic.

In either of these cases, the primary source of disintegration in the Church would be that the Church, as designed by Her Master, lacks any earthly authority other than the pope to settle the issue decisively. As Fr. Martin expresses it,

“There is no official mechanism within the structure of the Church that is authorized to pass judgment on pope and papacy. Indeed, the Church’s official code of ecclesiastical law, canon law, expressly denies to anyone the right or duty of passing official judgment on pope or papacy.”

Even if there were a few Bishops and Cardinals who still had a staunch enough faith to stand up publicly and confront the Pope on these issues, the Pope and his faction would simply rally their defenses – which are legion!

Then, do you think everything would just settle down nicely and the faith would be restored? No, the result would still be a shattered Church. Because the Pope is the key.

As we see, both of these “possibilities” foretold by Fr. Martin have come to pass, to varying extents.

The papal election has been cast into doubt, first by Ivereigh’s book and then by Cardinal Danneels, head of the so-called St. Gallen Mafia himself. And there is certainly no dearth of heretical statements and actions from this unfortunate pope. And so now, we have the catastrophe of many Catholics confused and arguing against each other, widespread disunity, a Church torn asunder. But there is an even more serious threat, the third possibility, which we alluded to in our post, “The Judas Factor and Pope Francis”.

The Danneels Papacy, a Destroyer Pope

Father Martin’s third and final possibility that could shatter the Church would be “the Conclave election of a papal candidate whose policy would be to dissolve the unity and change the structure of the Roman Catholic Church by simply abandoning the exercise of the Petrine Office and privilege on which the structural unity of the Church is built as a visible body and by disassociating the approximately four thousand bishops of the Church from their collégial submission to the papacy. …”

Father Martin foresaw the pope “abandoning the exercise of the Petrine Office” – he did foresee the actuality today of a pope who actively uses his authority in order to structurally and effectively destroy the Church. This is the tragic reality we face today ad will see as a result of the October Synod in Rome unless Our Lady is obeyed.

To return to our earlier post on Fr. Martin’s Three Possibilities, Fr. Martin explains that the “Spirit of Vatican II”, contains the destruction of the Roman Catholic institutional organization. The Popes who should protect and defend the Church have committed malfeasance by collaborating in the lethal endgame of those who work to liquidate the papacy, and thus destroy the institution itself.

Fr. Martin interestingly used Cardinal Godfried Danneels to illustrate the sort of Cardinal who is so thoroughly imbued with the deadly toxins of Vatican II that he would be part of the plan to elect a Pope who would destroy the Church. Thus, 23 years before it happened, Fr. Martin foresaw a Conclave in which Cardinals like Danneels  choose a papal candidate who “will be one of their number ” and “whose papal policy will be to crown and confirm the official existence of the spirit of Vatican II.” In other words, to achieve the “irreversible change” that Maradiaga, Marx, Kasper and the rest of their ilk have been braying about for so long.

Fr. Martin foresaw that the destroyer Pope would be committed to downgrading the papacy in order to mold the Church into the modernist/progressive ideal for this “new and far different age”. And Pope Bergoglio, from his initial “Buono sera” has never missed an opportunity to downgrade, deprecate, even humiliate the Roman Catholic Church in her highest office. Amoris Laetitia triggered the odious sequelae we now see, with various priests and Bishops throughout the world hastening to their own applications of the false mercy of the Apostolic Exhortation. (See EponymousFlower here) and Father Alain Lorans here.. For a while, we shall have the spectacle of one diocese where this new “mercy” is applied liberally, blessing homosexual unions, adulterous unions and so on. As well as perhaps, a neighboring diocese, where the Bishop attempts, for a while at least, a true Catholic approach. This confusion will continue until Francis exerts the iron fist of his Petrine Primacy. He will do this in order to destroy all dissent. Once it is destroyed, there will be no need for the papacy, because the doctrine and practice of the faith will be a shattered.

“Roman Catholics will then have the spectacle of a pope validly elected (see note in following paragraph) who cuts the entire visible body of the Church loose from the traditional unity and the papacy-oriented apostolic structure that the Church has hitherto always believed and taught was divinely established. The shudder that will shake the Roman Catholic body in that day will be the shudder of its death agony. …  Many will accept the new regime. Many will resist. All will be fragmented. There will be no one on earth to hold the fractionating members of the visible Roman Catholic body together as a living compact organization.”

NOTE: Here, I note that even though it appears that this pope may not have been “validly elected”,  it makes no difference, because the vast majority of Catholics today do believe that Francis is the valid pope. And if we fight to “spread the word” that he isn’t, it only serves to accomplish even more harm, leading many more away from the faith. A much surer remedy is to “spread the word” about obeying the message of Our Lady of the Rosary. When we do that, God’s mercy will overflow and the Church will be restored to a humble and faithful people.

Just as Judas served his purpose, so does the destroyer Pope. “For it must needs be that scandals come: but nevertheless woe to that man by whom the scandal cometh.” Therefore, the little shepherdess, Blessed Jacinta, urged us all to “Pray for the Pope, Pray.”

To return to Fr. Martin’s Coda, he assures us that this Church, founded by Christ will survive and live on; the whole brute strength of Hell will not prevail against it. And the successor of this Betrayer Pope will be converted and will restore the faith and the Church. And we know that this is so, for we have been assured that in the end, Our Lady of the Rosary will triumph, by her Immaculate Heart.

How will this happen?

How will the Church survive this attack? In the same way as her Master suffered, died and was buried; the Bride of Christ will seem to have been vanquished, but that will be the moment when the tide will turn. Actually, quite literally. There will be no doubt at that time as to Who is the Head of the Church. But just as we cannot have the Resurrection without the Passion and Death of Our Lord, so we will not have the restoration of the faith until satan has played his hand. Remember Luke’s account of Christ’s appearance to His disciples at Emmaus, when He asserted, “Ought not Christ to have suffered these things and so to enter into His glory?” As then, so now, there will be great suffering.

We are in the midst of a tremendous chastisement, and it is entirely too late to postpone it, or even to mitigate it. All that remains is to prepare ourselves by the means that Our Lord has given us through the message of His Mother at Fatima. It would be enough to make us despair if we did not know that all this has been foretold. We know what to expect, and in that regard, we are  blessed in a way that the Magdalene and the Apostles were not. They witnessed their beloved Christ suffer humiliation, torture and a horrible death, without understanding why this had to be. Today, we witness the Bride of Christ suffering, but we do know why and we know the remedy if we will only heed it.

As Our Lord’s followers walked away from the tomb where they had laid Our Lord, into the desolate, gathering gloom, none could even conceive of the possibility of a glorious Resurrection. Only His Mother knew without the slightest shred of doubt that He was triumphant. But we, privileged with hindsight, realise that this disheartening chaos will have a resolution in God’s own good time. Meanwhile, there will be much suffering and immense sorrow as many souls will be scandalized. We must dedicate all our efforts to prayer and sacrifice to save souls in this horrific battle. For we shall have to answer for all those souls entrusted to us. Remember why we are here!

Fr. Martin’s Coda ends with a fictional scenario, more poignant now than when it was written. Most of us admit to nostalgia for what might have been had John Paul II been truly “Great”. Martin’s fictional version of the Polish Pope, Papa Valeska, calls a consistory and asserts his plan to restore the Faith unambiguously, and to purge the forces of anti-Church from the Church. As this fictional Consistory ends, a loyal supporter of Pope Valeska surveys the scene and recalls the desperate plea and prayer of the Greek warrior Ajax, who was forced to combat an overwhelming foe on a darkened plain:

“Father in Heaven,
Deliver us from this darkness.
And make our skies clear.
If we must die, let us die in the light.”

I wrote the following years ago but even faithful readers who assured me of their support, have totally ignored my pleas.

Dear readers, please consider this carefully: The Holy Catholic Church is established by Christ, and He is the true Head of the Church. Our Lord did not “make a mistake” when He gave the supreme power of the Church to the Pope, making him an absolute monarch.  No, it was no mistake – it was Our Lord’s divine wisdom because thereby the only way a bad pope can be remedied is by Our Lord’s intervention. And to understand Our Lord’s intervention, we return once again to Fatima, and even before Fatima, to Paray-le-monial and Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque. We know that in these latter times, Our Lord has given us devotion to His Sacred Heart and to the Immaculate Heart of His Most Blessed Mother. Now, to understand this particular aspect of Fatima’s message, that is the chastisement, we find it helpful to read back over the Old Testament Books like Jeremias. When you do begin reading Jeremias, it gets a bit challenging, going through many chapters of Jeremias warning the Jews in some pretty harsh words, to repent their sins. And on and on it goes, warning after warning and Jeremias is challenged and the people and their leaders refuse to hear him and choose to follow false prophets who preach what they prefer to hear.

Unfortunately, the self-proclaimed leaders today will only learn this after their actions have brought us to utter ruin and universal desolation.

I will try not speak of this again. Jeremias was given his task by God and I am only a foolish old woman and I am not worthy of this task. At least this frees me to spend more time doing what I urge all readers to do, Pray the Rosary, make of everything a sacrifice of reparation to console Our Lord and His most Blessed Mother and pray for you all!

Please pray the Rosary, make the First Saturdays of reparation and promote this devotion, so many souls depend on it.

Immaculate Heart of Mary, Queen of our hearts, Mother of the Church, do thou offer to the Eternal Father the Precious Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ, for the conversion of poor sinners, especially our Pontiff.

~ by evensong for love of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the Sacred Heart of Jesus Christ, King.
Vouchsafe that I may praise thee, O Sacred Virgin! Give me strength against thine enemies!

A Russian Mystic on the Pan-Amazon Synod

Have you ever heard of Vladimir Sergeyevich Solovyov? Me neither, but Pope Benedict XVI invited Cardinal Giacomo Biffi to speak on Solovyov’s prophecies during a week long retreat at the Vatican back in 2007.

Came across an article from February, 2007 on Zenit which recounts a retreat preached at the Vatican for Pope Benedict XVI and the Curia by Cardinal Giacomo Biffi. On Tuesday of the week long retreat, the Cardinal based his meditations in part on the work of the Russian philosopher and mystic Vladimir Sergeyevich Solovyov, considered by many to be the greatest Russian philosopher.

Solovyov, who died in the year 1900 proposed the reunion of Orthodox and Roman Catholic churches under the Pope. He also foretold that the twentieth century would be a century of unparalleled horror and bloodshed. Cardianl Biffi quoted from Solovyov’s work “Three Dialogues on War, Progress and the End of History,” and  told his listeners, including Pope Benedict, that:

“the Antichrist presents himself as pacifist, ecologist and ecumenist.” …

“He will convoke an ecumenical council and will seek the consensus of all the Christian confessions, granting something to each one. The masses will follow him, with the exception of small groups of Catholics, Orthodox and Protestants,” he said. …

The Cardinal added that Solovyov says in that work: “Days will come in Christianity in which they will try to reduce the salvific event to a mere series of values.” …

Cardinal Biffi warned, “Today, in fact, we run the risk of having a Christianity which puts aside Jesus with His cross and resurrection.” …

Saint Padre Pio’s Prayer to the Immaculata

For the Pan-Amazon Synod

One of my favorite saints is Padre Pio, who is so accessible and like good Saint Joseph, never fails to come to my aid. Today let’s revisit his beautiful prayer to the Immaculata in order to make reparation to Our Lady for this upcoming Synod of Darkness and beg her intercession for the Church.

Who is she that cometh forth as the morning rising, fair as the moon, bright as the sun, terrible as an army set in array?
O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee!

St. Pio’s Prayer to the Immaculata

My most pure Mother, my soul so poor, all stained with wretchedness and sin cries out to your maternal heart. In your goodness, deign, I beseech you, to pour out on me at least a little of the grace that flowed into you with such infinite profusion from the Heart of God. Strengthened and supported by this grace, may I succeed in better loving and serving Almighty God Who filled your heart completely, and Who created the temple of your body from the moment of your Immaculate Conception.

Oh, my Mother, how ashamed I feel in your presence, weighed down as I am with faults! You are most pure and immaculate from the moment of your conception, indeed, from the moment in eternity when you were conceived in the mind of God.

Have pity on me! May one compassionate look of yours revive me, purify me and lift me up to God; raising me from the filth of this world so that I may go to Him Who created me, Who regenerated me in Holy Baptism, giving me back my white stole of innocence that original sin had so defiled. Dear Mother, make me love Him! Pour into my heart that love which burned in yours for Him. Even though I be clothed in misery, I revere the mystery of your Immaculate Conception, and I ardently wish that through it, you may purify my heart so that I may love your God and my God. Cleanse my mind that it may reach up to Him and contemplate Him and adore Him in spirit and in truth. Purify my body that I too may be a tabernacle for Him and be less unworthy of possessing Him when He deigns to come to me in Holy Communion. Amen.

St.  Pio, pray for us and for the Church!

Immaculate Heart of Mary, Queen of our hearts, Mother of the Church, do thou offer to the Eternal Father the Precious Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ, for the conversion of poor sinners, especially our Pontiff.
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, Thy kingdom come! Viva Cristo Rey!
O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse thee!
St. Joseph, protect us, protect our families, protect our priests.
St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle.

Please pray the Rosary! So many souls depend on it!

True Devotion to Saint Joseph, 2019

Well, it is time for us to break out the heavy armaments, don’t you think? Let’s renew our efforts to seek the help of our great friend and protector, Saint Joseph. There’s a very good prayer at the end I believe you may like, in case you do not have it already.

True devotion to Saint Joseph is an integral part of the devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Immaculate Heart of Mary. Indeed, the very reason for Saint Joseph’s appearance on Our Lady’s last visit to Fatima October 13, 1917 was to emphasize this devotion, which will save families in this crisis.

“We saw, beside the sun, Saint Joseph with the Child Jesus and Our Lady clothed in white with a blue mantle. Saint Joseph and the Child Jesus seemed to bless the world with gestures which they made with their hands in the form of a cross.” (Sister Lucia of Fatima)

This little noted event tells us so much! Even as the miracle of the sun is occurring, St. Joseph appears, holding the Child Jesus and both bless the world. This reminds us that God, Father, Son and Holy Ghost, entrusted the Child Jesus to St. Joseph. Indeed, God’s wisdom entrusted the Holy Family to the quiet man, and now, at Fatima, he is revealed to us, to bless us in this time prefigured by the miracle of the sun.

At the miracle of the sun, the earth stood firm while the sun moved erratically. How can this be? And yet it happened. How can the Church, established by Christ become so erratic as it is today, under Pope Francis? How do we reconcile that the gates of hell will not prevail and the Holy Ghost will always guide her, with what we now see? St. Joseph solved a similar conundrum and he stands ready to help us now.

Matthew 1, 18-25 tells of Joseph’s dilemma and its resolution. His example of humility and steadfastness is precisely the example for us today. Faithful Catholics are torn today between the temptation to abandon the church, or to go along with the errors of the Neo-pagan agenda of Pope Francis.

What did Joseph do when faced with an unsolvable dilemma? He turned to God in prayer and stayed with it until God gave him light. He didn’t become his own God, or in today’s terms, his own pope. Neither did he accept the unthinkable option that somehow Mary had broken her vow, but that false mercy was required on his part to simply accept unfaithfulness. That would be the spiritual sloth of today’s catholics, who simply go along to get along, and welcome unrepentant vice into the church. “Who am I to judge?”

If the Lord God entrusted the Ark of the Covenant to the keeping of St. Joseph, can we not also turn in confidence to him, secure in the knowledge that he will teach us the humility and patience to stand firm in the faith until these erratic and uncertain times are over and the Blessed Virgin clears the smoke of Satan from the Church?

In the Bible, we see that in obedience to God, St. Joseph took the child Jesus and the Blessed Virgin to Egypt in order to save them from murderous Herod. Now, Egypt was a country similar in many ways to our modern post-Christian societies, very much in the control of the Lord of the World. And yet St. Joseph kept them safe. And now he stands ready to help faithful priests guard their flocks. He helps Catholic fathers protect their families.

In 2008, Cardinal Caffara related a correspondence he had with Sister Lucia of Fatima. In her letter she said that, “the final battle between the Lord and the reign of Satan will be about marriage and the family.” “Don’t be afraid”, she added, because “anyone who works for the sanctity of marriage and the family will always be fought and opposed in every way, because this is the decisive issue.” And then she concluded: “however, Our Lady has already crushed its head.”

Certainly, the Fatima vision of St. Joseph and the Child Jesus blessing us, in conjunction with Sister Lucia’s remarks to Cardinal Caffara, should give us consolation today. There is another bit of information on this subject. Solange Hertz, in her book, The Sixth Trumpet, tells us that Sister Lucia, when asked about the Third Secret confirmed that it is about Apocalypse Chapter 12. Mrs. Hertz posits that Apocalypse 12:14 may apply to us in these times.

“And there were given to the woman two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the desert unto her place, where she is nourished for a time and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.” In the mystical language of St. John in the Apocalypse, “the woman” refers to the Church, but also to the Blessed Virgin Mary. Mary is inseparably bound to the Church and St. Joseph is the Guardian of both. In Hertz’ view, the Holy Family’s sojourn in Egypt prefigures this passage, and indicates that St. Joseph is given to us in these dire times to strengthen and defend us, and to bring us safely home again.

Whatever outrage occurs at October’s Pan-Amazon Synod, we know that the Immaculate Virgin Mary has already crushed satan’s head, and in the end, her Immaculate Heart will triumph. Our job is to stand firm in the faith, and St. Joseph is our sure unfailing defender. He never has — and never will — ask us for a special day of honor for him, or a special title. He simply called us, and stands ready to help us, live our consecrations to the Immaculata and the Sacred Heart of Jesus. If we devote ourselves to the Sacred Hearts, Saint Joseph will guard and defend us and our families even as he kept the Holy Family safe so long ago.

Here is my favorite prayer of Consecration to Saint Joseph:

O my beloved Saint Joseph, adopt me as thy child, take care of my salvation, watch over me day and night, preserve me from the occasion of sin, obtain for me purity of soul and body! Through thy intercession with Jesus, rant me a spirit of sacrifice, of humility, and of self-denial, a burning love for Jesus in the most Blessed Sacrament and a sweet tender love for Mary, my Mother.

St. Joseph, be with me living, be with me dying and obtain for me a favorable judgement from Jesus, my merciful Saviour. Amen.

The above prayer comes thanks to the very useful site, Our Lady of the Rosary Library, LINK. The little prayer card also has the lovely prayer “Ad te Beate Joseph” by Pope Pius XIII on the reverse. They are only a few cents each.

St. Joseph defender of the family, defender of the faith, we entrust our families and our faith to thee!

Immaculate Heart of Mary, intercede for us!

Rosary Novena for the Synod of Darkness

Belatedly, I offer our Rosary Novena post. I have been ill and unable to fulfill the demands of our blog and apologise. Many thanks to those kind enough to remind me! It is quite encouraging to see how many have been, on their own, contributing to an ongoing Rosary Crusade for our beleaguered Church under this latest and most determined attack by our false shepherd.

As one reader remarked, “I plan to just continue an extra Rosary a day plus adding a fast every Saturday in reparation, until this Pope converts or dies, as long as God grants me life.” My response was a heartfelt Amen.

The Rosary Novena was to have begun on August 13 and run until October 5, the eve of the Pan-Amazon Synod. And so if you have not begun, it is not too late to start, just continue on for the 54 days. The Synod will take place in Rome from October 6-28. The location is important, and situating it in Rome indicates that it is actually going to be applied to the universal Church, and not limited to the Amazon area.

To participate simply commit to one five decade Rosary each day for the intention of the triumph of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary in order to safeguard the Faith at the Synod.

On her sixth visit to Fatima,  Our Lady identified herself as Our Lady of the Rosary.  By claiming the title of Our Lady of the Rosary,  her title “Our Lady of Victory” was implied. For history is replete with her victories through her most Holy Rosary. (Here and here).

In earlier posts, for instance, “Fatima at 100, Presage of Victory”, we discussed that Christ the King prefers to triumph through the most Blessed Virgin Mary. In the vision of Saint John Bosco which begins with “It was a dark night”, the victory was foretold thus:

Biodegradable Christianity

Ed. Note: Correction added 15 August, 2019: see at end of post in red.

Thanks to the excellent site, Pan-Amazon Synod Watch, LINK, for the following article in which Aldo Maria Vali quotes Dom Giulio Meiattini on the pernicious agenda being proposed by the upcoming Pan-Amazon Synod of the Bergoglians.

By Aldo María Vali

Continuing the analysis of the coming Amazon Synod’s Instrumentum laboris, today I propose this article by Dom Giulio Meiattini, Benedictine monk of the Abbey of Madonna della Scala di Noci, well known to our readers for his previous contributions to this blog.

Dom Giulio Meiattini

Towards a biodegradable Christianity

It was already known or foreseen for some time that the announced synod on the Amazon would bring surprises and create additional reasons for division. At first, it seemed that perhaps the thorniest question would have to do with married clergy. It must be said that the publication of the Instrumentum laboris has far exceeded expectations and the wildest imagination. The document actually shoots for a much more ambitious and radical goal than expected. This is the most audacious move that could be conceived and attempted by the secretariat of a synod of the Catholic Church. The document proposes and contains nothing less than an upending, ab imis fundamentis (from its very foundations) of the very idea of Church and of Christian faith.

Amen.

St. Joseph defender of the family, defender of the faith, we entrust our families and our faith to thee!

Immaculate Heart of Mary, intercede for us!

The False Prophet and a Synod of Darkness

Suppose for a moment that the Lamb with Two Horns, that is, the False Prophet, were to gain control of the Church. And that he himself proclaims, he is, “the guarantor of the obedience and the conformity of the Church to the will of God, to the Gospel of Christ, and to the Tradition of the Church, putting aside every personal whim, despite being by the will of Christ Himself the supreme Pastor and Teacher of all the faithful and despite enjoying supreme, full, immediate, and universal ordinary power in the Church.” (Catholic Herald, 10/19/2014)

Much of the material in the following article is taken from Frère Michel de la Sainte Trinite’s “The Whole Truth About Fatima, Vol. III”. . Ed. Note: A long time reader, Tadeu de Jesus Giatti,  has located the correct url to download this book. The link is: https://archive.org/details/TheWholeTruthAboutFatimaVol3

What is certain is that outwardly this false prophet will act as one exercising authority in the name of God and in His service, while in reality it will be completely in the service of the Beast.  It will use fire from Heaven, the authority of the papacy, the anathema, to disarm its enemies and conquer Christians. This is because the Lamb, that is, the False Prophet will then condemn what is holy and consecrate what comes from the Evil One. (The Whole Truth About Fatima, Vol III)

The looming catastrophe of the Pan-Amazon Synod, which will attempt to destroy the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and the celibate priesthood  will quite possibly be enforced with a Bergoglian anathema against all who oppose it; although it will be phrased in the usual ambiguity. We can expect that the Synod will initiate the final stage in the attempted modernist overthrow of the Church, opening up the Church to frank schism and the time of heightened suffering. Worsening the crisis will be revelations of more sexual and financial scandals and the long-expected international sanctions, loss of tax exempt status and in many cases, seizure of assets. It would not be surprising to see the arrogant German apostates stripped of their wholly undeserved “Kirchensteuer” (the massive amount of tax revenue the corrupt heresiarchs rake in).

The most critical event in the forecast above (which is only a speculation, for the sake of discussion) will be  the attempt to abrogate the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and the attack on the sacred priesthood, both of which are attacks on the very person of Our Lord Jesus Christ. and so we could assume that this will bring us to the culmination of the Chastisement.  Consider if the present occupant of the See of Peter may not be the man to accomplish this. Perhaps it may explain his red-hot hurry to accomplish so many radical changes in such a brutal manner – he is rapidly approaching his expiry date.

THE PROPHETIC WRITINGS, A SOURCE OF PATIENCE, CONSOLATION AND HOPE

“We are here at the most extreme point of the triumph of Impiety, at the hour of the most complete victory of the  “mystery of iniquity”, as Saint Paul says, the  “mystery of the Beast”, as Saint John says (Apocalypse 17: 7). It is a bewildering mystery, this hour of the triumph of  “the Power of Darkness”; yet it belongs to the divine economy of the plan of redemption. For before the triumph of Jesus Christ comes, before His universal Kingdom is instituted, during which “the Gospel of the Kingdom will be proclaimed in the whole world, as a witness before all peoples” (Mt. 24: 14),  “the apostasy must come”,  “the Man of Sin, the Son of Perdition has to manifest himself”; the  “False Prophet”, the False Lamb must do its work of perversion  “that the Scripture may be fulfilled”, as Jesus said concerning the betrayal by Judas:  “I know whom I have chosen, but that the Scripture may be fulfilled.” (John. 13: 18)

Ed. Note: Frère Michel wrote the foregoing in about 1984-85 and see how they apply now.

And in His priestly prayer, Jesus says:  “I watched over them, and not one of them perished except the son of perdition, in order that the Scripture may be fulfilled.” (John. 17: 12) Saint Peter also, after the Ascension says:  “Brethren, the Scripture must be fulfilled which the Holy Spirit declared before by the mouth of David concerning Judas, who was the leader of those who arrested Jesus: inasmuch as he had been numbered among us and allotted his share in this ministry…” (Acts 1: 16)

BEHOLD, I HAVE FORETOLD IT TO YOU” (Matt. 24: 25).

“As it happened in Our Lord’s earthly life, just before the victory of His resurrection, so also this “hour of the Power of Darkness” must be accomplished in the life of His pilgrim Church. So the Scriptures warn us.  … This had to come. This worldwide apostasy, which suddenly has become the major phenomenon of our times, no longer bewilders us; we know that it was written.  It is no longer the defeat of Christianity, the proof of its weakness, the crushing argument against its divine truth… On the contrary, the literal fulfillment of the prophecies comes as a strengthening of our faith, it alone can persuade the unbeliever, and it nourishes our hope.

“These times are diabolical;  But we needed the support, the absolute security of the Divine Word to dare to say it to ourselves and declare it openly. Strong in this revelation, we understand that we must hold on and not let up, (We must) remain in “the camp of the saints”, infiltrated from every side and rotted by traitors, preserve the faith intact even when the division is introduced into our own families and into our churches. In such a situation, we reach the point of thinking that the worst is yet to come. If the hour of Satan’s final assaults has arrived, then we are not finished suffering.” (Frère Michel de la Sainte Trinite. The Whole Truth about Fatima – Vol III)

Indeed, we are not at all finished suffering! And this is why we need to redouble our prayers, especially our Rosaries and Adoration, and our sacrifices. As St. Michael the Archangel urged the children – and us! – Make of everything a sacrifice. Don’t let anything be wasted !

THE MYSTERY OF THE THIRD SECRET

Our Lady of the Rosary appearing at Fatima more than one hundred years ago  as the Woman Clothed with the Sun – “She was of light” as Lùcia said – revealed herself to her children  just before the  Red Dragon appeared  in the East.  This Red Dragon is the Ancient Adversary who calls  forth the two beasts who serve him. Thus we see The Woman appearing  to warn us and prepare us at the very hour when the first Beast of the Apocalypse was taking shape – a Beast which She came to designate and denounce by name – announced equally, in Her third Secret, the events corresponding to the third image of the triptych in chapters 12 and 13 of the Apocalypse. Sister Lùcia told us that the third Secret was in the Apocalypse, which indicates this passage concerning the apostasy of the pastors of the Church, placing themselves at the service of an impious political power – chapter 13, verses 11 to 18.

“As the Secret in its entirety describes the final combat of the forces of Evil against the Immaculate Virgin, we would find there the three satanic powers described by Saint John: in the first part, the devil himself and the vision of hell corresponding to the Dragon of the Apocalypse; in the second part, the hegemony of Russian communism corresponds to the first Beast; finally, in the third part, the apostasy and treason of many pastors of the Church correspond to the description of the false lamb, the false prophet in the service of the Beast.

Moreover, in perfect coherence with our previous demonstrations on the most probable contents of the third Secret, its conclusion, full of an invincible hope and announcing a decisive victory, confirms us in this hypothesis. After the revelation of the third Secret, the Blessed Virgin continues:  “In the end My Immaculate Heart will triumph. The Holy Father will consecrate Russia to Me, and she will be converted, and a certain period of peace will be granted to the world.”

“Such a triumph, announced so solemnly – and which, as we will see, is not without an evocation of the future Jerusalem, the Christendom of tomorrow, of Chapters 21 and 22 of the Apocalypse: ‘and I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of Heaven from God…’ (Apocalypse 21: 2) – such a triumph of itself indicates above all the spiritual significance of the tragic battle preceding it.

And its temporal expression –  “in the end” – so heavy with implications, allows us to guess the furious struggle, no doubt even the reversals and seeming total defeat that will come before the final victory of the New Eve. Does not this triumph come to close a battle which was above all Her own, the one announced in the proto-Gospel?  “She shall crush thy head.” Yes, it is she who will overcome the diabolical wave sweeping over the Church, the impiety installed even in the sanctuary, and all the obscure (occult) forces which foment apostasy. For clothed with the power of the Most High, She is more fearsome than an army in battle array:  “Fair as the moon, bright as the sun, terrible as an army set in battle array”, according to the words of the Canticle of Canticles (Cant. 6: 10).

The Triumph of her Immaculate Heart  is  the victory of the Faith, which defeats heresy, apostasy and corruption, restoring the Church. This will be the final triumph of the Woman of the Apocalypse, the Mother of the faithful.  Her decisive victory over the Prince of lies, instigator of all heresy, all schism, all impiety and apostasy: “Cunctas haereses tu sola interemisti in universo mundo!” You alone, O Mary Immaculate, Virgin Most Faithful have destroyed all heresies in the whole world!”

Our Lord Jesus Christ came to us through the Blessed Virgin Mary and it is through her that He wills that we return to Him.  She, the Mother of Fair Love calls us through love, with her Rosary., with our scapular and consecration. These simple remedies, so rich in graces should not be ignored!

In St. Paul’s Epistle to Ephesians, we read:

“Finally,  brethren, be strengthened in the Lord, and in the might of His power. Put you on the armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the deceits of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood; but against principalities and power, against the rulers of the world of this darkness, against the spirits of wickedness in the high places. Therefore take unto you the armor of God, that you may be able to resist in the evil day, and to stand in all things perfect. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of justice, And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace: In all things taking the shield of faith, wherewith you may be able to extinguish all the fiery darts of the most wicked one. And take unto you the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit (which is the word of God). ( Ephesians 6, 10-17)

Thank you for reading and for your many prayers; I pray for you always!

The Little Book of Infinite Love

This article was originally scheduled for tomorrow, but I must post it today, I simply cannot wait any longer, for my beloved granddaughters, little Maria Lúcia, who just made her First Holy Communion on Corpus Christi Sunday, and for lovely Irene and for sweet Carmen.

“Always be sure that whatever you do is done in love, for God our Father created us by love, and God the Son, our Savior, redeemed us by love, and God the Holy Ghost sustains us by love. And they have given us their love, the Immaculate Virgin Mary, to be our own dear Mother, to help us live this love in all that we do.”

“The Book of Infinite Love” is a little-known treatise written by a French Visitation nun in the nineteenth and early twentieth century. As we approach the end of the month of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, I thought you might like the following small essay from Mother Louise Margaret Claret, whose mission was to teach that the infinite love of God is manifested through the prodigious overflowing love of the Sacred Heart of Jesus through His priests.

.  .  . The religion of the Sacred Heart is not a simple devotion of sentiment; it is not even a special isolated dogma, it is the synthesis of all Catholic doctrine, of the whole Catholic moral law summed up in the love of Jesus Christ for us and of our love for Jesus Christ. There is then for us a theology of the Sacred Heart. This theology, according to St. Augustine and Bossuet, from the consideration that God is the eternal Heart, (“Deus est caritas” I John, IV, 8) finds in this Charity the purpose if not the explanation of the whole series of Christian mysteries.

. God loves: to love is to give. God has given us everything, and has given Himself to us. He commenced by giving existence to us and to all beings: that is creation!

. God loves: to love is to speak, to make oneself heard by the person who is loved, and that is Revelation, the Sacred Scriptures, God’s law!

. God loves: to love is to make oneself like the person loved; that is the Incarnation.

. God loves: to love is to save the person loved, cost what it may; to die for the person loved: that is the Redemption!

. To love is to wish to be perpetually present to the person loved: that is the Blessed Eucharist, the real presence, the altar!

. To love is to give oneself to each of those whom one loves; that is Holy Communion, the Last Supper!

. Finally, to love is to wish to make happy with oneself for ever all those whom one has loved; that is the eternal happiness of Heaven!—A vast synthesis of love, which is also a synthesis of our faith!

“As for us,” cries St. John, “we believe in the love which God has for us” (I John IV, 16). Everything is included in that. St. Francis de Sales was right when he said:  “In the Church of Jesus Christ everything belongs to love, everything is founded on love and everything is love. God, who has created man after His own image, wishes that in man, as in God, everything be regulated by love and for love.”

The devotion to the Blessed Eucharist and the devotion to the Sacred Heart are not only two sister devotions; in reality, they are only one and the same devotion. They complete each other and develop each other; they blend so perfectly together that one cannot stand without the other, and their union is absolute. Not only can one of these devotions not be prejudicial to the other but, because they complete each other and perfect each other, they also reciprocally increase each other. If we have devotion to the Sacred Heart, we will wish to find It, to adore It, to love It, to offer It our reparation and praise, and where shall we look for It but in the Blessed Eucharist where It is found eternally living?

If we love this adorable Heart, we will wish to unite ourselves to It, for love seeks union, we will wish to warm our hearts by the ardour of this divine fire, but to reach the Sacred Heart, to take hold of It, to put It in contact with our own, what shall we do? Shall we scale heaven to bear away the Heart of Jesus Who reigns triumphant in glory? There is no need to do so. We will go to the Blessed Eucharist, we will go to the tabernacle, we will take the white Host, and when we have enclosed it in our breast, we will feel the divine Heart truly beating beside our own.

The devotion to the divine Heart infallibly brings souls to the Blessed Eucharist, and faith in and devotion to the Blessed Eucharist necessarily lead souls to discover the mysteries of Infinite Love of which the divine Heart is the organ and the symbol. If we believe in the Blessed Eucharist, we believe in Love. It is the mystery of Love. But in itself love is immaterial and imperceptible; to fix our minds and our senses, we seek an outward form for love.

The Love of His Heart

This form, this sensible manifestation, is the divine Heart. The Sacred Heart, the Blessed Eucharist, Love are one and the same thing. In the tabernacle we find the Host; in the Host Jesus; in Jesus His Heart; in His Heart, Love, Infinite Love, divine Charity, God, the principle of life, living and life-giving. But still more: The ineffable mystery of the Eucharist can only be explained by Love. By the love of God, yes, but by the Love of Jesus, God and man. Now the love of Jesus is the love of His Heart; to sum up all in one word, it is His Heart; therefore the Blessed Eucharist is explained only by the Sacred Heart. The Blessed Eucharist is the sublime completion of the love of Jesus for man; it is the highest, the last expression; the paroxysm, if I may so express myself, of this incomprehensible love.

Nevertheless, without the Blessed Eucharist we could have believed in love; the Incarnation would have sufficed for that; a single drop of the bitter chalice of Passion would have been more than superabundant to prove to us that love. We would have been able to love the Heart of Jesus, we would have been under the obligation of loving It, of believing that it is sovereignly good, even if It had not gone to this divine excess of the Blessed Eucharist. But, because It has invented this marvel, how we should love this Sacred Heart so divinely tender, so inexpressibly delicate and liberal; so—shall I dare to say it—so madly and so passionately fond of Its creatures!

Yes, the Blessed Eucharist augments and inflames our love for the divine Heart. But because we know that we shall find this Sacred Heart only in the Blessed Eucharist, because we are thirsty for union with this Heart so tender and so ardent, we go to the Blessed Eucharist, we prostrate ourselves before the Blessed Sacrament, we adore the Host radiating its influence from the monstrance. We go to the Holy Table with ardent avidity; we lovingly kiss the consecrated paten on which the divine Host reposes each day. We surround with honour, respect and magnificence the tabernacle in which Jesus, living and loving, makes His dwelling.

Oh! it is impious to say that the worship of the Sacred Heart can injure devotion to the Blessed Eucharist. What! will the knowledge of Him Who gives the gift, make us despise the gift? No, the more we love the divine Heart, the truer our worship of It is, the more extensive and enlightened it is, the more also will our worship and our love for the divine Eucharist develop and grow strong.

Now, readers, this is why the ancient enemy is filled with such determination to destroy the sacred priesthood, destroy the Holy Sacrifice and replace them with pagan superstitions. He will not succeed but this will bring on a time of great suffering. Dear ones, we know the answer to this satanic assault!

Please, Pray the Rosary and confound satan and those who serve him!
