The Eucharist and the Apocalypse

The judgments executed by the Eucharistic Lamb upon Satan shall involve the whole world not to destroy but to chasten it and wrest it from the hands of Satan liberating the human race from his sordid servitude. (Father Herman Bernard Kramer, The Book of Destiny)

Our good priests can (and often do!) prevent Eucharistic sacrilege and offer reparation for it. God bless our holy priests! To remind us of the pre-eminence of the Sacrifice of the Mass and the Blessed Sacrament in the unfolding of the Apocalypse, we offer the following.

Jesus, sweet prisoner of love! I adore Thee in the Most Blessed Sacrament.
Jesus, sweet prisoner of love! I adore Thee in the Most Blessed Sacrament.

In The Book of Destiny, Father Herman Bernard Kramer writes of satan that,

“… in trying to destroy Christ and His work, he brought the greatest defeat and humiliation of all upon himself and lost everything he had apparently gained in Paradise (with the temptation of Adam and Eve). With man redeemed and heaven re-opened, Satan’s kingdom in the world has been dismembered ever more and more, not so much by an almighty act of God or by an almighty word of the God-man, as by the words of mere man pronounced at the Consecration of the Mass. Man is here empowered to overthrow the kingdom of Satan and drive him out of the world. Christ is now triumphant over Satan in the humble and lifeless appearance of the eucharistic species.

This is the last phase of the final and hopeless defeat and utmost humiliation of the archenemy of God and man.  St. John describes in epic splendors this last act of the grand drama of Redemption with its series of victories for Jesus Christ and mankind and its consequent defeats for Satan. Christ entrusted the power to renew His bloody death on the Cross in an unbloody mystic manner to the priests of His Church elevating man thereby to God-likeness and defeating forever the designs of Satan with the utmost humiliation to himself. So much has man been exalted and Satan’s pride humiliated, that he who was far lower than the angels in natural gifts now rises in the power of grace to defeat his enemy and stand forth triumphant.

The judgments executed by the Eucharistic Lamb upon Satan shall involve the whole world not to destroy but to chasten it and wrest it from the hands of Satan liberating the human race from his sordid servitude. The firm belief of the faithful of the Church in this sacred mystery, in the Reality of the Great Presence, in the truth and effectiveness of Christ’s words at the Last Supper, just as the Church has explained and believed it through all ages, undoes the unbelief of the head of the human race in Paradise (the original sin of Adam). This is the “victory that overcomes the world” and the empire of Satan with all its earthly and unearthly forces, THIS FIRM FAITH. In and through the Eucharistic Mystery, the power with which Christ endowed His priesthood, distinguishing it thereby from all other priesthoods of history, and the unshakable belief in the words of Christ by the faithful of the Church, Paradise will be regained, and the honor refused God by Adam through the intrigue and deception of Satan will be restored to Him.

The Apocalypse reveals the fruits of the victory gained by the Mystic Presence in the restoration of more than paradisiac conditions on earth. Satan is thus exposed in the complete and finished defeats brought upon by himself by his own pride in presuming to measure his strength and excellence with that of his Creator. (Kramer, Fr. Herman B.  The Book Of Destiny. TAN Books. Kindle Edition.)

Make Reparation for Sacrilege of the Holy Eucharist

In Spain, there has been yet another disgusting sacrilege against Our Lord’s Sacrament of Love, the Holy Eucharist. This  sacrilege was facilitated by the liturgical abuse of communion in the hand. The remedy of course, is to return to the traditional respectful practice of reception kneeling and given on the tongue, not in the hand!
Most Precious Blood of Jesus, save us, save our priests, save our Church!
Most Precious Blood of Jesus, save us, save our priests, save our Church!

In previous posts, here, here, and here, we have recommended praying St. Michael’s Prayer of Eucharistic Reparation. The Fatima Center is working on a campaign to this end. Here is their recent article:

The Urgent Need for Reparation

Fatima Center Special Report
December 2, 2015

Our Lady came to Fatima to warn that “man must cease offending God.” She called us to make reparation for sin, particularly by means of the daily Rosary, the Five First Saturdays and devotion to Her Immaculate Heart.

An egregious offense against Our Lord just occurred in Spain that cries to Heaven for reparation.

Catholic News Agency reports: “The Spanish artist Abel Azcona stole more than 240 consecrated Hosts by pretending to receive Holy Communion at Mass. He then placed the Hosts on the ground to form the word ‘pederasty’ in Spanish.”

The outrage occurred in the Spanish city of Pamplona, located in northern Spain near the French border.

More detail on the atrocity is provided by LifeSiteNews: “The ‘art’ piece” not only comprises the sacrilege of Hosts on the ground, but also “consists of pictures showing the process the artist went through: stealing the Hosts during Mass, using them to form a word on the floor and then sitting naked next to them. A cup full of the consecrated Hosts is also on exhibition.”

The Forgotten Prayer of Fatima – Updated

At Fatima, in 1917, Our Savior Jesus Christ sent us His own Holy Mother as His emissary to urge us to turn from sin, repent and renew our spiritual battle in prayer and reparation. But did you know that the year before Our Lady appeared at Fatima, St. Michael the Archangel, God’s own great warrior, who vanquished Satan and his minions into the eternal fires of hell, appeared to Lucia, Francisco and Jacinta? Fatima scholars believe that St. Michael was preparing the little shepherds to receive Our Lady’s revelations. In hindsight, perhaps he was also teaching them to make reparation for the abuses that were to follow the Church’s disobedience.

The Angel of Fatima
St. Michael the Archangel, the Angel of Fatima

What did the Angel say? After identifying himself as the Angel of Peace, he taught the children to pray. Now, you may well ask, if the Angel was the great warrior Angel of God, St. Michael the Archangel, why did he identify himself as the Angel of Peace? Because as St. Michael knows, peace will only result when Satan is vanquished. In this, our final battle, our greatest spiritual armaments are prayer and sacrifice. In fact, the very essence of the Catholic Faith, the epitome of Catholicity is the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, which unites the most perfect and acceptable prayer with the most perfect and unblemished sacrifice. At the time of the Angel’s appearance there was no inkling of the blasphemies and abuses of the Blessed Sacrament that occur so often today.

After assuring the children at that first visit that “The Hearts of Jesus and Mary are attentive to the voice of your supplications”, the Angel left them, only to return in a few months. At the time, the children were relaxing in the shade of a fig tree beside a well. The Angel reappeared chiding them, “What are you doing? Pray, pray a great deal! The Hearts of Jesus and Mary have designs of mercy for you! Offer unceasingly to the Most High prayers and sacrifices!”

Lucia then asked the Angel how they were to sacrifice themselves. “Offer up everything within your power as a sacrifice to the Lord in an act of reparation for the sins by which He is offended; and of supplication for the conversion of sinners….Above all, accept and bear with submission the sufferings that the Lord may send you.”  Continue reading “The Forgotten Prayer of Fatima – Updated”
